People think $2-3m gets you into the Epstein class and it’s no wonder everyone acts like “tax billionaires” is some sort of a personal threat to people who have to drive their own cars regularly.
People don’t think that. Or at least nobody with a room temp IQ or above. Do they?

I’m making an argument.

Don’t vote for anyone sponsored by corporate money.

Don’t vote for anyone who supported by foreign interests.

Isn’t it odd that the only people in Congress making a stink aren’t beholden to either one of those two donor classes?

Credit to @dpic73 for making the case very straightforward with his citizens united attachment.

it’s frustrating to talk to someone who is unwilling to understand the primary pay for play scheme in front of you. Follow the money and that’s the vast majority of how the decisions are made for corporations and special interests foreign and domestic. It has to stop today.

Who are the people in Congress not beholden to corporate money or foreign interests?

You'll get no pushback from me re Citizens United. Terrible decision by a terrible Court that has had terrible consequences.

But to suggest that Epstein and others like him are the result of that decision is silly, at best.

not all rich men love to sleep with/abuse teenage girls.

True. But we know we have a "rich" sexual predator that some Americans still support as POTUS. They claim to want to rid the nation/world of corruption, sex trafficking, etc. ... and they back a highly corrupt, self-enriching known and self-admitted sexual predator and felon with the justification that "I'm not judging him as a person, I just like his policies."

And it's that thinking, and excusing away of bad behaviors that has us here.

I'd wager that we have some rich men (Net worth $2.3 million according to Schwab study) on here. And I don't think any of them match your statement

$2.3M net worth isn't anywhere near "rich." It's what should be expected of your typical (slightly above average) middle class schlub at the end of their working career (if they live in civilization), at the very least.

Your comment was nonsensical … “No, I didn’t” was your response to just quoting your post, and saying “Fac says,” which is acknowledging what you posted … so you’re saying you didn’t say what you said. Alrighty then.

Epstein is the product of another time. The people sucking off the Epstein teat are very much part of that class. And very little is happening to them.

Which means we don’t have laws……… for some.

You didn't answer my question.

Regardless, again, since time immemorial people have been trying to get more than they "deserve/earned" and get away with things they aren't allowed to do. And, yes, power, influence and money allow folks to do that more easily and more often ... but it definitely isn't limited to those folks. And re this particular country, there's always been corruption and influence at play. Powerful business people influencing government, doing "bad things," etc. I'm actually not a fan of the 2-party system, but it's not like that's some magic elixir to cure those ails. We just need those interested in doing things the right way to hold those who don't accountable. We CERTAINLY don't need people saying "oh, this guy is a bad person, but I like his policies, so I'll vote for him." That's feeding the monster. We need good people with policies we like.

20 ago I asked a lot of people at my work how much money do you consider a lot of money. Some of the lower income workers said they would feen rich if they had $100k. Some said $1 million while others said $5 million. My conclusion is that people think that a lot of money is more than they have. That said I'm sure that billionaires know that their rich and have a lot of money.
IMHO... When you get to the point where you can do what you want to do when you want to do it and money isn't a factor, you are "rich". That's obviously different amounts depending on the person.

So pizzagate is real. The Clinton’s are eating babies and raping children with the Obamas and Trump or is this just isolated to MAGA being the pedophile cult members. It’s difficult to know.

I’m not interested in any person or party whose job isn’t to fulfill what benefits the country. However, that can mean some activities at some time that are nefarious. That’s totally understandable but it cannot be standard operating procedure.

There is a line that sits in everyone’s mind on when someone or something has gone too far. Take Dabo as an example. In his mind, it was far more important to be principaled and stick to the traditional business of college football. That’s fine if it generally bears the fruit for the program and the university. Even he has eventually relented and tossed his own traditional thinking That he can no longer operate that way to serve.

This is the same logical thinking that I’m applying. We had a balanced federal budget in the year 2000. In 25 years we’ve succumbed to a federal deficit in excess of $38 trillion. We cant operate that way and the two groups in charge are nowhere closer to setting a resolution that keeps us to solvency. If you were operating that way with no discernible path, then you actually aren’t in charge and you are serving a small faction of leaders and that’s why they’re cabals.

If we ran another 10 years of Dabo grabbing one graduate player per year out of the portal you would say he’s insane or he’s got a vested interest beyond serving the best interest of the Clemson football program. He would rightfully be accused of not serving the extended Clemson family by doing the basics that 130 other programs are doing that’s required and we pack his bags.

Sure he’s serving the hearts and minds of 100 scholarship football players while enrollment drops, IPTAY donations crash, local businesses are closing down.

Dabo doesn’t have one or two bosses. He’s got about 2 million bosses and he best serve the majority to stay in his role while he executes in the manner he prefers. That’s OK, but you better deliver. The federal government in its construct is incapable of doing that. It’s extremely hard to fire these people if the electorate isn’t willing to be honest of what’s taking place in front of them. They are bought and paid for by a very small group of people with a **** ton of money robbing the People blind.

A lot of people can do what they want and money isn't a factor. Of course it you "WANT" a $50 million house and a yacht it's going to require a different level of wealth.

For sure. If there's one thing Trump is good at, it's calling out other people for stuff they did wrong.
You gotta admit that’s pretty interesting considering he wasn’t president yet. I guess he was proactively making sure all the voters knew he was a pedophile. Can’t believe we elected a pedophilre - TWICE. Oh and felon, forgot that.

That was a very long-winded, meandering way of saying "if they don't do what I want, they're a cabal." Also "interesting" to see that you're disinterested in whether or not activities are "nefarious" in determining if a cabal exists.

And you still haven't provided a list of folks in Congress who are not beholden to corporate money and/or foreign interests.

This has not been a worthwhile exchange in any way, shape or form.

Agree 100%. And IMHO, those folks are "rich". Just an opinion as I have no idea if it's true, but I bet there are folks with millions and millions that have to keep a close eye on their wealth b/c they spend everything they earn even if that's more than you and I will ever see. That's NOT rich. That's living paycheck to paycheck even if it is very high end living.

I'm not sure what you are asking for. My quote is that Trump is good at blaming other people for things they did wrong. Do you want clips of Trump blaming people? I mean, sure I can get that. That's easy. Are you looking for Trump calling out people for things he does himself? Again, I can do that. Not as easy, but not difficult either. What exactly are you looking for?

Here’s an easy start….. 90% take money from AIPAC.

Where’s the Irish PAC? The French PAC, the Japanese PAC? It’s irrelevant that it’s Israel or Dubai or Germany or Russia.

If you want to stay THICK on this topic, you are clearly part of the problem and not interested in solving issues.

Speaking of staying thick ...

You made a nebulous claim about Congresspeople who don't accept corporate money and/or are beholden to foreign interests.

I asked you, in a very straightforward manner, to provide a list of those Congresspeople.

I asked you this multiple times, actually.

You still haven't provided it.

WTF is going on? Why can't folks like you function? Just provide a list, guy. You made the claim. It's very easy and straightforward to support. So, why the run-around. Just provide the list.

Thomas Massie, Ro Khanna MTG take either NO or very little corporate PAC money.

And right now now each of them are under personal threat or primaried. Mariam Adelson dropped 20m against Massie. Please enlighten me about this global casino magnate and her NEW FOUND interest in the North Central KY congressional district?

Here’s a list….. all of the Senate. Why?

Nope. And I'd be surprised if anyone does. I don't think Trump's a pedo. Do I have a fun time with folks saying he is? You bet, and frankly that's not a good look for me. But I don't think I've ever made any secret of my dislike for the man. But as I've said many, many times on here. I don't think Trump works for the Russians, I don't think he hates the US or especially hates women, immigrants, or people of a certain race.

I think Trump works for Trump. Period. Full stop. Any and everything he does comes from that simple premise. Bad, good, truth, lies, everything he does comes from that.

I've no problem with this. But again, it only seems to go one way. There's PLENTY of folks on here that didn't need facts to blame Gates and Clinton for doing the same thing. But when Trump is accused THEN they start asking for facts. To my mind, most of these folks (on both sides of the aisle) were not having sex with underage girls (and let's be clear, that's rape). But I also think that most of them also knew what was going on and did nothing.

Take that up with them. You will not find a single thing from me that looks or sounds remotely close to what you are saying. Not one. Zero accusations from me. Zero. However I’ve been told 5 times in this thread alone that Trump is a certified pedo with absolutely no evidence or even information. I’m simply asking for the evidence that they’re so boldly proclaiming so I can adjust my opinion. But no one can post anything remotely close to these accusations. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ One guys evidence was that Bondi was yelling about the DOW, that’s a little reach no?
