Lost to Hubert f'ing Davis in Rupp. No freaking way, no freaking way man.
I knew that ******* TikTok video doing that stupid Kentuckt Cats chant was a sign..
1-13 on threes
Just incredible
Just incredible
12 losses sounds awfully low for a team like this.
was told we hired pope to get old players who play the game right
A team doesn't score for 10 minutes and its not the coaches fault? gfy mental midget
I can hear Pope scrambling for words in the presser “this team is built for March”. He just lets them play, can’t reel the guys in, refuses to call a to when we’re out of control, and has no feel for substituting. Not looking good fellas.
Fk off Pope take your bum *** weak poorly assembled non-shooting **** team with you
Pope has to go. If this is what can do with a 1+year and 20 million it ain't gonna get better
already knew when I seen the lineup for the final play on chandlers drive. Zero guys to kick to for 3 if needed. Terrible play call. Terrible coaching job tonight by Pope.
the season is literally over, they have no chance to make the tournament. Gonzaga will beat us by 50.
Aberdeen is regressing under Coaching by Pope
I don’t think UNC is all that good.
Yeah, this going to be a rough year. Can’t believe I stayed up this late for this .
22 Million dollars and the LAUGHING STOCK OF COLLEGE BASKETBALL IS A FIREABLE OFFENSE.
Tough loss. Kids played hard. I think UNC had a few kids who played really well tonight. The team is limited right now. I think if we can get everyone healthy, get back the three kids we are missing and cut minutes out from Kam, BG and JJ, we will be a solid team
Literally just Calipari without the talent.
Just have another committee hire a new coach at the end of the season. Mitch shouldn’t be touching this next hire.
The one year I get my whole family GD tickets.
Fall out of rankings. Just a really poorly coached team. Sad.
41 years old and I can't ever remember seeing a UK team go almost 11 minutes without a FG.
This pisses me off about as bad as I’ve ever been, you don’t let them come in here and beat you. Caleb Wilson made us eat it. I’ll say it right now, we are going to lose 3 out of our next four. I’ll hear about but can’t watch this sh— after tonight.
It's Pope's fault for not managing that. Messing up rotations. Not calling time out when UNC goes on a run. But on the other side of the coin our players BB IQ is super low. I have no idea what Pope teaches them. For a guy from Pitino's couching tree, it's a sad display.
I dont think this is the sort of coaching hire you stick around with, though. This isnt Cal. Pope has shown he is wildly in over his head, so much so that I think last year was really just great players.
We hired Pope because Barnhardt is old and lazy.
I had very low expectations last year and was happy but expected much more this year.
I’ve seen enough with Pope’s roster construction. His inability to sign anyone that is an elite basketball player. UK will piddle along as long as he is here and be very average at best by UK standards.
He either cannot evaluate talent or cannot sign it. It may be both.

And I turn off the TV before Seth Greenburg can gloat.
This team is broken and I am not sure we have the coaching staff to fix it. I haven't seen adjustments yet to give me hope.
If we lose to the Zags and Hoosiers, the fanbase, even the fair-weather ones, might check out completely. This feels like the Billy G era.

I can even blame Denzel. Pope is the coach, tell him that he wants 5 assist before the end the game or his *** is grass.
I don’t think we’ll have to worry about Pope getting fired. He’ll resign himself. I can’t see him dealing with the heat from antsy fans.
Went something like 12-13 mins w/o a FG. I’d love to know how many time Oweh got the ball in space or with a ball screen to get downhill. He actually seemed successful doing that tonight, unlike all of this season…and then just nothing. So odd.
Get Mark Pope the **** away from our program.
Pope needs to go. I hate it for him and I wanted him to succeed so badly but he's just not the guy for this job. This is no better than Calipari.
No that’s figuratively over it’ll literally be over after the sec tournament
You can’t lose in Rupp Arena to freaking Hubert Davis
You just fking can’t
You just fking can’t
