For those affected by the CBS negotiations.

1. Watch online at www.secdigitalnetwork.com

2. Call 888.615.3725 and ***** about it to dish until you get to the tier 2 specialist. Tell them you will switch unless you get the game. They will give you the 1 day ESPN college pay-per-view package. Channel 457.

Wow didn't know about number 2. I have made up my mind. I'm switching to direct but I might try that next weekend

Buncha greedy people running the show at Dish network

I'm sick of them sayin how unfair it is for the network folks are charging unreal price to carry their station. ********. They're makin a killing and the bigwigs see their bonuses diminished a bit...all it is.

Thankful that my GF has cable and i can watch the game at her house.

For some reason my cable company is showing the ACC game of the week, not the SEC. Kind of odd. The SEC Network page shows it's on, but the cable guide disagrees.

PS... it's also on ESPN3 (not subject to blackout apparently) and I can stream ESPN3 to the apple TV from my laptop.

It depends on where you live and which station normally carries the game. I'm getting it on Channel 54 WZDX in Huntsville. They're the Fox station. CBS here is not the SEC Network carrier. I guess that's only in Jackson?

And the Dish negotiations are not with CBS ... only the CBS station in Jackson. I still get our CBS station on Dish local channels. A few months ago, the local NBC station had the same problems. They were off Dish about 2 weeks. Could be that the local station is demanding too much relative to other stations, and it's not Dish's fault.
