Firing Sandusky and hiring peewee Herman to take his place. Butch Davis has way too much baggage to even think of hiring
He is familiar with the team, their plans and could basically keep the entire staff together. Not to mention his is very sharp and by all accounts a heck of a coordinator. I was really impressed by his leadership ability and organization in the special they did on Arkansas earlier this year. I think he is a rising star.
