For a work conference. Haven’t been in many years. Will be staying at the Hilton Riverside. Taking a bunch of yankees with me. Best places to eat?

Mother’s breakfast is good!I don't get the Mother's hype. Concur with Sukko Thai and Saba. Vincents is great for old school Italian
But if they season the crawfish with powder after they come out of the pot, we don't go to their boil. *damnn TexansAsking for recommendations for food in NOLA is about like asking 10 people how to cook crawfish.
You’ll probably get 10 different ways (restaurants) but some overlap in all 10 too!

Yeah. Mothers was pretty average even back in the day. I haven't been in over 20 years, but I doubt it's gotten better.I don't get the Mother's hype. Concur with Sukko Thai and Saba. Vincents is great for old school Italian

I stopped going to guys. Every time I've gone in there it seem like I was an inconvenience or they were just a terrible mood. I found good poboys elsewhere and a better menu.No oyster po-boy though and that’s a no-go for me.
