Harris dropped a ridiculous VAGUE tweet last week about bad news with the basketball program.

Really incensed me at the time.

Monday afternoon randoms:

- Excited about the return of Jersey Mikes to Lexington
- Also excited about the football team reporting this week
- anybody have any experience with Farmoftheday.com? Sounds WAF
- West KY barbeque is the truth, best in this state by far. Fancy Farm is one unique event, been to a few of them.
- Raising min wage from whatever it is now ($7.50?) to $15 all at once is one of the dumbest ideas I've ever heard. Working an entry level job should earn entry level pay.
- Heard that something is afoot with Webb Co's, like they are nearly insolvent and in negotiations to sell to a larger development co. (something afoot > vague rumor)
- Going to have a setup at the NoLi night market this Friday, anyone else going to be there?
- Exciting things on the horizon, we now have a contract for a shipping container home and construction starts Sept 1. Hope to build a lot more of these suckers in the coming years.

- Wing recruiting is going to be interesting. UK supposedly leads for Fultz, Alkins and Monk (well, toss-up with the Hogs). All 3 guys are surging. You figure we can take two.

- Had Jersey Mike's this weekend. #9 all day.

Surely you guys aren't gonna let jarule get away with this.

Ulis' last RT was Briscoe without a shirt, driving him around, and them both rapping and using the P word. If there was something up i seriously doubt you are doing that. If you are in trouble it just doesn't seem appropriate. Doesn't mean you shut down your life but i don't see it.

I get that. I mean, that's as unlikely as being a starting QB accused of rape and then standing up in the student center yelling "EFF HER RIGHT IN THE P-WORD" with the whole student body watching you with their cell phones and such.

Don't see that happening.

Agreed. If there's anyone known for their good judgment, it's college athletes.

- Had Jersey Mike's last week...#7. I mix it up quite a bit, every sandwich is great.

- PDQ is the best chicken chain.

- The Reuben chips Lay's put out are on point.

- Chicago next week, going to hit Comiskey for the Cubs-Sox series.

- The "Share a Coke with" marketing campaign is genius. Every employee has their first and middle names displayed in their office at work. One guy has his first and middle names in Classic, Diet, and Zero. So simple and brilliant.

- Went out with Katie from "Dating Naked" on Friday. Hilarious that everyone stops her for pictures at dinner and then the bars. Small town girls takes off clothes and makes good!

We go from basically begging Gillispie to recruit convicted crack dealer, Bud Mackey...to speculating on two players (one former) of possibly being mentioned in some form on a police report.

Not bad.

You work for Coke now? If not, I question the people you work with.

I don't get it either. I have my first name displayed because I've been given literally a half dozen "Tommy" Cokes from random coworkers and I don't drink soft drinks.

Someone dropped one off for me today, they "had to get it when they saw Tommy!"

IDK, man.

Ulis and Booker took a criminal justice course this summer. Part of their final project was to create a criminal report and have a local officer sign off on it that they had completed it correctly. Officer ****** over at *** signed off on it, showed it to a few of his buddies, and somehow a rumor got started that Ulis and Booker had been "listed on a police report".

Please keep this in GYERO.

...

Or keep it in your *******, as it's completely false, just like 99.99999999% of "look at me" fear-mongering rumors.

Pretty much.

There's a lot of morons out there who love to buy **** for no reason, which is why it's a brilliant marketing campaign.

Oh, the kicker...

One female coworker dropped off a "Tommy Coke" a few weeks ago:

"I noticed you didn't have a Tommy one, I saw this at the gas station and wanted to give it to you. What's your middle name? I'll look for it too."

"Thanks. Anthony is my middle name, but don't worry about it. I'm not collecting them."

"Well, I'll keep my eye out for Anthony. The Tommy Coke was $1.20, do you have the cash on you?"

I hate myself everyday for giving her the $1.20 I had in my pocket and not telling her to DIAF.

I effin hate "Ulis & Booker on police report" guy but then claims that he can't say anymore. If you know something say it, if you can't reveal anymore details then keep it to yourself. Not only do you look like a douche you don't belong in GYERO in the first place.... Back to lurking now

I hope the rumor is true, and I hope it involves a low-speed bumper bender collision with Ulis/Booker listed as non-fault parties and Wilma Hatfield for failure to yield. Then we won't know how to feel about jaroon's report.
