Just bought one of these today to throw in the golf cart for a few upcoming golf scrambles. Pretty sure I'm going to be pissing off some traditionalist, keep it quite, Wildcat73s out on the golf course. Ive had several small wireless bluetooth speakers, but nothing close to Soundlink 2. The bass for something so small is really unbelievable. Between my Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones and this little thing, I'm becoming a big fan of Bose products.

False. The bass is crap. All they do is over-emphasize the upper bass to fool you into thinking the bass is good, when the the reality is there is no low- or mid-bass output whatsoever. Learn acoustics.

Adrian doesn't watch movies so I'm pretty sure that knock him out of any trivia contest. Whatever team got BKH would win and Danville/Stanford is Lexington adjace so I'd assume that's your answer.

No goetta this time, I'm deep-frying 3 lbs worth of my own secret recipe sauerkraut goetta balls at an Oktoberfest party on Sunday. I'm mixing it all up and having them ready to go on Friday night. Gotta erections lasting more than 48 hours could be fatal.

Probably whip up some of Newport, KY's own Dixie Chili dip.

The need will never arise to kick your ***, CoolCat.

I'm talking about the real potential problems who are also smaller than wcc by at least 25 lbs.

Ha. I'd like to see you guys this weekend, but I planned to just hang at home and watch on TV. My ****** leaf blower crapped out on me so I am behind on my yard. Should have bought it from Huber instead of Lowe's. Figured I could do some pregame yard work in lieu of tailgating.

Would Louisville, Cincy area or Lexington area posters win a game of trivial pursuit GENUS I?

Keep in mind Cincy has Willy, Lexington has Bob, and Louisville has Adrian. Oh yeah, and Lexington has adam.
Dallas would win. GenusI was standard reading material on the throne for years. My memory isn't the greatest but it is good enough.

If you need to borrow a leaf blower, you can use the same one I cleaned Jamie and Anthony's house with a few years ago. The thing will blow a damn cinderblock, your leaves won't be a problem.

I may take you up on it, but not until later in the fall. Still have a ton of leaves on trees at the moment.

-I loved Jackal but Contra was better. Contra was awesome.

-Music on the golf course is fine.

-Alex showed me pics but all were X-Rated. That's how I knew he was B-win.

-Mos

-For UK vs UL tickets I'd skip the parents Xmas, but maybe some type of compromise is in place.

-Goetta is awful. Ts. It's the worst product containing pork. Not an opinion, fact. Name 1 worse.

so it's pretty universal that, if you have nood pics of your lass and.....

A) you're a b-win = you share with your family

B) you're NOT a b-win = you do not share with your family

no?

I've come to deeply ponder Adrian's disgust for the multi stop holiday. I understand his reticence for spending a day appeasing others and selling himself thin. Hell I think I used to feel that way too for a while...then I grew up.

5 years ago this Christmas I deployed for Iraq. Wasn't really what I wanted to do but I answered my nations call. Left behind a Boats paradise. Had a gorgeous girlfriend, baller pad, family was in town to see me off and then my leave was cut short and they expedited my departure 3 days early. Spent two of them sitting in an airfield waiting in a plane. Arrived in Iraq Christmas Day.

Got to meet a few people before a sandstorm left us open to mortar/rocket attacks. Spent most of my holiday trying to save a few poor bastards, and then helping to write letters home to families of people I just met who were never coming home. That's a *****. The fact they'd be closed casket didn't help much either. Sorry Mrs. Smith, Ricky died a hero. Everybody liked him.

You do really gain an appreciation for what's important in life in those situations. Honestly feel some people that dread the holidays should go through something like that...or they could just put their earbuds in and grind on. You do you brah.

The American lawn is the greatest trick the devil ever pulled.

Holy Hell.

I enjoy working in my yard. I grew up working outside, so I sort of have it hardwired into me. Plus it's a great change/escape from the office. I come up with unnecessary lawn projects for myself all the time because I like doing them.

Randle is forever grateful about the way his boyhood idol climbed down from the posters on his bedroom and into his basketball life.

"The biggest person to help get me through this was Kobe – by far," Randle says.

Suddenly, everything had come to a crashing stop for Julius Randle, a McDonald's All-America who had fast-tracked through a teenager's trifecta fantasy: Kentucky, the draft lottery and the Lakers. He loves L.A., the sun, the surf, the glamour franchise that every young star believes can make them a transcendent star. And then on opening night, Randle heard the crack of his bone and crumpled to the court.

I'm that way about Chad coming to the game/tailgate.

-Still can't believe we're favored.

-Grew up having to skip golf/fun stuff to do yard work, farm work, tobacco, etc...so maybe that's why I hate it. Much rather pay someone.

Officially in "believe it when I see it" mode for Saturday's game. Missouri has looked mediocre so far, but lord knows that doesn't mean anything when it comes to playing UK.

“There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again.”

I've got nothing against other people's hobbies.*

I'm more upset with things like eradication of clover. Clover is not a bad thing and now our lawns have to be artificially free of it - lest we be judged by our neighbors.

Gonna miss everyone this Saturday. On the way to Hilton Head for a college buddy's wedding.

Renting a beach house all weekend with 3 other couples. Should be fun. Don't see this crew that often bc my college buds live all over. Imagine there will be a ton of ball busting college stories and showing out. Already prefaced the weekend with the lass so I won't have to draw a line in the sand. Wedding is on Friday so I'll be able to catch the game on tv on Saturday.

It takes a lot of time to just keep up with the Jones' when it comes to yard work. Always doing something. BUT that goes for owning a home as well, never ending projects you do or want to do. I do pay someone to cut my yard tho.

In my dreams i always win any fight im in.

Looks like we are going to miss out on Bridges. Im sure Cal will get another option and fit them in but a sophomore Matthews will not be chopped liver.

Glad we play Kansas at the end of January. I know both teams will grow but after them playing in that overseas event this summer we need the extra time for chemistry purposes, as do most of John's teams. Also good we have a home game during the week that week so we aren't on the road twice in a 4 day span.

I knew Tiger would decline but i always believed it would be a fun next decade watching him break Snead's record and add a major or two along the way even if he didn't win quite as much. Kind of sucks this next 10-15 years of him playing is being interrupted and maybe completely ruined due to injuries. VJ Singh owns the record for wins in his 40's with over 20 wins, so i was hoping Tiger had 15 plus more in him as well. Now the hope is to at minimum break Sam Snead's all time win record of 82, Tiger sits at 79. May be fitting that Jack keeps his major record and Tiger owns the other big record of all time PGA Tour wins, it's a helluva a record but obviously does not get the fanfare it truly deserves.
