The leaves are just part of nature. Why destroy nature and natural habitats? You probably will kill a family of chipmunks when you get rid of your leaves. Are dogs and cats better than chipmunks?

The dog died a few weeks ago, due to pancreatic cancer, which I'm sure she caused by feeding it Captain D's, LJS, Hardees, Sonic, etc...literally every single day. She's still doing everything just short of outright begging for facebook sympathy.

My heart aches...the tears flow easily...I don't like leaving the house and being around people because that means I must paint on a fake smile....I don't like then returning home because it's NOT the same; that ear-to-ear smile of Latte as he wags his tail so hard his little butt twists ( happy to see me ) is not waiting for me at the door....cried all the way home from Henderson tonight....broke down once while at TDH .... broke down once at the dentist office this morning....CANCER IS EVIL, JUST EVIL...yes, there are 5 girl Poms here at the house and they are all precious....but they are/were Mr. Dogsworth's when we met..my 2 boys are gone, both within 10 months of each other. As painful as losing Levi was....I had Latte to come home to...and Levi was 12, not unusual for a Pom to not live past that age....Latte was my baby boy, my rock, my upper when I was down, my little fluff of stuff who loved life.....he was too young to die at between 9 and 10....and he loved life...my heart aches...I just miss him..

I understand the heartbreak of losing a pet, especially early and unexpectedly, but that lady seems a little over the top, IMO.

No matter how much I dislike someone I don't want their dog to die. Even if it has a stupid name like Latte. Dicks.

I miss the chipmunks that Anth's Mexicans killed last week when he cleaned his lawn. 2 toddler chipmunks in that family too. All in the pursuit of a green suburban lawn.

No one wanted the dog to die. I just don't feel the need to be sympathetic to the owner when (a) she probably caused it to die and (b) she's begging for sympathy for weeks on Facebook.

But again, no one wanted the dog to die. It was actually the victim here.

Tuesday Shorts:

- WEEK AWAY from UK-Duke...can you believe it? We need to beat these pricks. It's been since 1998.

Jesus. That's absurd. Still not all in on basketball yet, doesn't even feel like the season's started.

One of my wife's good friends up here's husband is a huge Providence fan, he gets college basketball. I've found a buddy. #blessed. Gonna go catch a game and peep Kris Dunn soon.

- Cats vs OSU in Brooklyn will be my Christmas. Cannot effing wait. Only game I'll get to see all year, party in NYC with my besties.

- Not a holiday person. At all. Christmas simply meant having to put up decorations and clean the house. No thanks.

- Nelson, uk guy and other credit card reward freaks, did you guys get in on the Discover cash back crap?

- Turning 30 in a few weeks. This makes me sad. Also making me sad -- my standard deodorant of the last 10 years is no longer effective. I'm reapplying by noon each day. Kinda concerning?

- Haven't had a week of vacation since June, really backloaded my time off this spring. January to Hawaii for 8 days, February a potential bachelor party in Cancun (who the hell knows why), April have a conference in San Diego, then another bachelor party in San Diego followed by a few days in LA/SF/Napa, then down to Cancun for a wedding, two weddings in KY in May with a trip to Charleston squeezed in first week of June.

-Fair point, SAE. I hope Vandy Kid's dog gets cancer and dies.

-Eskridge was never coming here. He's been posting about UF and Clempson for weeks. Basically since he committed.

Turning 30- at least for me- wasn't a big deal (although I did have a momentary freak out). My crew didn't really start to change until 34-35.

Was just pondering the lack of sports fan diversity in my life. I'd say my friends/family are UK fans at about a 95% clip. It's ridiculous really.

I like Holidays, not opposed to them, but I don't care for the travel and seemingly 6 weeks worth of nonsense.

1 week of celebrating, decorations, shopping, eating like crazy, etc = Cool.

Christmas music on full blast today at Starbucks, 6 weekends of holiday travel to and from Lewavul several times per week, work parties, spending tons of money, ******** neighbor already has his tree up on November f*cking 6th ridiculous, cold weather and early sunsets = Nope. The sucks.

I suppose this is my last year of being Christmas indifferent. Hoping to squeeze 1 more next year out before being forced into ridiculous events.
