On a positive note it appears the "Wine and Canvas" shenanigans have moved further down the local hens priority lists.

Now what will replace....coloring has been noted, but HAVE to think there is something juicer on the horizon...

^ I murder that Golf Tee game. Annual Christmas GAMBOL game. You have to let it 'climb' up the tee...all in the wrist.

-Hyman, will you please send that $100 you owe me from your stupid Football Gambol bet?

Met with our financial advisor, and he agreed to let us use $20 for a pizza this weekend, then put the rest in a CD to pay off PTI(pti) in 45 years when Tiger dies.

Thanks

This was seriously like the twilight zone sitting there. Everyone looking at each other like o_O

Brought back memories of Wake Forest, still my favorite 'fun' UK half of all time. Probably watched it 250 times.

- There are few writing devices I hate more than the "open letter." Always makes cringe the cliched ********.

- Wondering when Murray is going to explode for 30. It's coming. It's coming.

- Has anyone else become like their father and really not want any gifts? Seriously, I'm good. Appreciate it, but don't waste money on me.

- I miss Briscoe's mouthpiece. Why does Cal hate fun?

- I could probably live off baguettes.

"An open-records request from WDRB turned up email evidence of an NCAA waiver request from the Louisville compliance office for a current player — though there is absolutely no way of telling from the content of that whether it has to do with these allegations, or something else. School officials have declined to discuss the specifics of any NCAA matters."

Lyles' mid-range game ---> :cool2:

On a team full of NBA'ers, who'da thunk it that Lyles would be the kid I think I miss the most from that squad. Imagine a player like him running the stretch-4, dragging a big out of the lane with Ulis, Murray, and Briscoe killing kids off the bounce. :scream:

Geese... Have a feeling this team takes it up a few notches under the bright lights and bigger stages. Believe we'll see this team play it's best tonight since Duke.

That being said it amazes me that some folks would hammer into the ground some minor deficiencies of a certain team that was really, really good and then overlook some major flaws of another all because of bias.

Like the big picture of this team (especially against the field ) but they still have some major flaws right now and still don't believe we've played that well up to this point other than the Duke game. See many of the same issues that were apparent in the opener.

Duke was an awesome matchup for us bc they guard straight up and extend pressure. Almost every other team has backed off, played zone and or sagged. We keep driving and driving and driving but we have to be able to soften up defenses by proving we can hit enough outside shots consistently. Worry about our post presence other than Skal who is more of a finesse/skill big.

Please don't get all bent out of shape and attack me. This is all in fun discussion.

Nobody's losing their mind because you point out this team has some flaws. People lose their mind because you're acting like what you're saying isn't evident to everyone who watches this team. I know we're soft inside. I know Skal has a long way to go. I know we have perimeter flaws. And I'm still here yelling F Free World.

Doesn't take a Rocketeer to see anything you're saying, Rich. You're not Johnny Realist and we're not homer fools. Some of us just think we're looking good for where we are in the process, have an optimitsic eye toward the future and aren't super impressed with anyone else. Nobody's seeing 1-2 losses in GYERO. We'll have 4-5 heading into the NCAAs, maybe one or two more.

I'd rather read about Jon in the book first, but GRRM only has about 60 days to finish it in order to get it released before next season. So basically, I'll have to be satisfied with watching the HBO version.

-RichRod gonna kill it at USC if that happens.

-If we're throwing out "8 Mile" references, then BRax is Cheddar Bob.

-Oklahoma State got Haithed last night. Travis gonna be calling SECN games next year or nah

more than Superior, building them to 3 straight 10+ win seasons? No. Not with the way Dabo has Clemson rolling. Not with the dearth of talent in Columbia right now with elite recruits staying away from a head coach who was gonna retire any minute (and did). Both them & Mizzou are entering a darkness of several years of mediocrity.

too damn bad UK has dicked around with the sport for so many years and cannot take advantage of the SEC East being in so much turmoil, turnover, rebuilding
