I would agree a lot more with this point if it wasn't about football. That pro sport is so shamelessly unrelenting when it comes to lack of player safety, shortness of careers, one-sided contracts between teams and players...

I’ve used BetterHelp, and it’s absolutely legit. I’m not now, but I used it for a few months during a particularly difficult time, and I would absolutely go back if needed.
The customization is amazing based on the intake questionnaire; they literally paired me with the perfect therapist, IMO. And the convenience of video sessions is invaluable.
Only drawback, it is pricey; I’m not sure about insurance options, I was just paying out of pocket.
