My kids asked for a Switch which means I’ll be making my return to video games this winter.

Looking to beat the new Mario before March.
Mario Odyssey, Mario Kart 8 are very fun and the last two Zelda games are incredible (not for small kids though, kinda scary). Haven't played the new Mario game, but I'm thinking Santa might deliver some kind of free download card.

Kids asking for a Switch has a different connotation these days rather than, "Go pick one out".

Got fixed years ago. Right afterwards, the missus learns she needs a hysterectomy. Oh well.

Excited for a good meaningful weekend hoops game.

How ridiculous is bowl season? Notre Dame Quarterback has opted out. Why??

I've been thinking about getting our old Playstation out of the garage and starting Zelda and Tomb Raider over again.

But what if krazy wants to get his next wife pregnant?

If I make it alive to her mid February surgery appt it will be a minor miracle.

No matter what, there won’t be a next wife.

In the words of George W Bush:

“There's an old saying in Tennessee—I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee—that says, 'Fool me once, shame on... shame on you. Fool me—you can't get fooled again.”

Covid killed SNL.

Dave saying Z plays Saturday, Cal said UKO will play Saturday.

All 3 bigs back for SEC games, with warmups against UL and ILL St?

Leggo.

And the worst part of it all is that Travis Kelce had to go home last night and sleep next to a 7. He deserves better.
To be fair, Mahomes does the same thing at night.

And the players almost always ask the ref if they’re good by just pointing to him OR HER and getting the head nod. Pretty simple.

Has anyone actually read Dianetics?

I mean, other than the proclaimed 22 million copies sold. I was just curious. Might as well give it a whirl just for comedic purposes.
Only known one person that read it, or rather, I've only OBSERVED one person reading it. This weird guy that was in the Army, and was a classmate of mine at DLI. He liked to evangelize about it. He just disappeared about 3 months in. (12 month course, and while you're there, the FBI conducts your clearance investigation. If something questionable came up, you were "removed"...)

Of course they did. And Will gave them a gift P6 early as well.

Still took 2 straight do-or-die scores in minutes …327, and some clutch throws + a few smashmouth/leader plays. His teammates see that.

Nobody proclaiming Joe Montana, but anyone who thought this level of early success, or even moments, is either Dave Baker or lying.

Dude was clowned much of his Sr year, and all that went 50000% on draft night free fall, and increased daily until his dream 1st game.

By NFL standards , he’s been marginal. But he’s a 3rd string rookie & it’s cool to watch when even the biggest (UT/Titan) Will Haters concede, or at worst, give respect. And that was before tonight.

Good for him!

1) It's amazing how strong he is. Of course my team has Bryce Young so I am comparing him to a low baseline.
2) He throws a really good deep ball
3) He was making great reads all night

His last year of college he was a) hurt b) didn't have a Wan'Dale Robinson going after deep balls and c) wasn't reading defenses that well.

He's healthy, has Hopkins, and has a good OC/QB coach helping him with reads. It's clearly working.
