Love how you f*cked up your formatting while dissing mine. My posts are clean, spaced evenly but not excessively, and symmetrical. Grammar could always use work but as far as formatting it drives me nuts. I even clean up others post when I quote them. TS.

Hey, I have a "chicks don't know cars" story too.

A few years ago my wife was driving down the interstate at night, and she passed the 3,000 mile mark since her last oil change.

Her: "Whoa, should I pull over?"

Me: "What?"

Her: Should I pull over? It's been 3,000 miles since my last oil change, and the little sticker thingy says I have to get another one right now."

Me: "It's midnight. We're in Montgomery. And no. I think you can probably make it home before the car explodes."

Her: "You sure?"

Me: :chairshot:

Anth, do you consider yourself a Top 5 GYERO poster?

With all your babbling about symmetry and clean formatting.... sounds like you're really high on yourself. [thumb2]

Nah. Although I'm obviously a staple and can generate some serious conversation.

BBdk

UCL
SAE

are probably my favs and universally the most entertaining. PTI used to be, now he sucks 95% of the time. I just hate when formats are sloppy, uneven, not spaced at all, etc. The extra 2-3 spaces at the end of a post in the old rivals format was by far the worst.

I think the Gnomes are really good. Red State is solid. Ellos is awesome. Not a big selection though.

I've wanted to check out Gastro Gnomes but I've yet to see them out at lunch time. I haven't had Red State's food truck yet but I ate at the restaurant pretty much every Friday while I was working at Big *** Fans.

False.

But I will say the worst is NW50, whose run-on sentences with zero indentation and whack *** Canuck lingo always made it a real hoot to try and get through his ****.

Luckily he now posts once every 1-2 years.

Although a great guy, UKSwimmer is the worst. His keyboard must not have 'Enter', which is too bad given his steady stream of crazy stories, which I'm unfortunately unable to read.

What's happened to Geese? Man, I hope I don't just turn into a prodding meanie once G gets a little older.

The guy used to make quality original thoughts. Now he just sits back and takes jabs at people. At least guys like rob and DrX attempt to interact with the thread and give original takes. I love little snipes as much as anyone but when it's your only effort, it's pretty miserable. Rob was right.

NW50 is fine, just tried way too hard to be tough & funny.

He brought me a can of authentic Canadian Gravy to the tailgate. For that, he's always a friend in my book.

-Geese has always been a snarky/outspoken dude, but he truly seems miserable, and has for quite awhile. Hopefully he regains his old self one day, and can actually contribute to GYERO again.

So you can't just change the code around on an embedded tweet to get it to say what you want it to say. Really disappointed. Thought I could change Coach Brooks' Tweet to read Just got a tour of Commonwealth Stadium with Russ Pear. No way it will be finished this fall.

:(

The possibilities...

Always thought NW50 sucked. Had no desire to ever meet him and am glad I missed the Extrav where he attended.

I always enjoy the out of nowhere blasts, no matter who it comes from, and who its blasting. The unexpectedness is [laughing].

Thinking about skipping out on work this afternoon and playing some golf. It's a bit too nice not to, and I need some practice for these next few weekends.

My former roommate, the one that was catfished by that heavy-set gal a few years back, was a full-on Canadian. Wore a lot of hockey garb and had a bunch of scarves, iirc.

Yeah I'm playing. Looking forward to breaking a club, making quads, and four putting number 7. It's a yearly tradition!

My quality thoughts have (and always will) center around CBB. I'm a sneaky foodie who lets BBdK rule the roost when it comes to that ish. Most of my rando takes and juicy gossip go through our secret text thread these days.

The truth is themore I get to know most of you gaffots, the more my dislike bleeds through the keyboard. Sorry. I can't help the personal jabs but a lot of you people truly are terrible. Superdad anth is right up there at the top of the list.

If Cal ever gets that GD DDMO up and running w/ this squad my mood will improve significantly, FWIW. UK basketball sadly dictates a lot of my emotions on here.

Top 5:

UCL
SAE
Rob
rotating 4th
Richie - (unintentional humor is just killer)

a story or 2 wouldn't suck to read IMO FWIW
Keep this in GYERO but Stoops was really letting his hair (lol) down and seems fired up about this year's team. Thinks Petrino is a doody head. Really thinks the younger guys are making strides but the older guys have taken notice. Laughed at Rich Brooks' tomatoes. Not worried about the CWS project, only what happens on the field. Really fired up for the season to start. Bourbon. Cigar. Steak. Brooks is ornery. Assistant coach was hammered. Guys really excited about some recruits they're working on.

Getting a significant itch for football. If you're not there yet, I suggest hitting up one of Finebaum's podcasts. Plan on picking up Phil Steele's magazine on the way home from work and maybe a fantasy football one as well. Should be fully lathered up by next week.

Hope to hear from an insider if Bell and/or Miggins will make it to UK. While I wouldn't expect either to start, those big bodies could come in handy. It is comforting to be able to mentally list D-linemen that have some quality experience even after losing Z and Dupree. While there may not be an immediate standout, as a unit it may be as solid a 2 deep as we've maybe ever had.

AJ Stamps is a forgotten man. He's an absolute stud who could easily be in an NFL camp right now. While the corners are obviously the most shaky spot on our team I'm hoping our safety makes up for it. It's obvious that Stoops and Co will be trying to get some true freshmen going to replace Tiller and Quinn based on his comments, I'll be interested to see if it makes it to mid season before that happens or not.

The depth at running back in the SEC is crazy. Boom is a fantastic, game changing player; yet between Henry at Bama, Chubb at GA, and Fournette at LSU there are three potential first team All Americans. Add in the stable at Arkansas and UT's young stud and it's insane the talent at that position. It's a league won in the trenches and another reason why this upcoming Oline class should have everyone geeked up.

Honestly think about/wonder what some of the old school/vanished posters are doing these days. Wonder if JPuck is still using an 18 year old profile picture to make him seem like a young/fit nurse?

Watching the UK/Florida game last night on SEC Network has me ready.

I turned it off after the late 53 yard field goal to tie it. I assume we won?

- You know it is killing Anth that he isn't in any of the Top 5's so far. Gotta bring some humor bub. I'm not even sure he is Top 10.

Bbdk
PTI
UCL
SAE
Rob
Max, Richie and CC316 would be next

- Always liked @NW50 even though I was the subject of a lot of his blasts. And his Asian girl was digging me despite what he says.

- Disappointed in @UKraziest . Yesterday was national hot dog day.
