Amazon is probably the greatest company on the planet. Knocked out half my Christmas shopping today in minutes with just a few clicks. Nephew is getting a Spider-Man webshooter. Hopefully he will put it to good use terrorizing his mom (my sister) and his sisters. Those kind of presents are my absolute favorites to buy. Hmm...this has sirens or lights or plays the same song over and over and over. Perfect. Projectiles? Awesome. Welp, have fun kids, Aunt Melissa and I are headed home.
Is it the web shooter that shoots the silly string? Don't forget to spring for a few refill canisters. #protip

Not sure what you all arguing about. Vandy is going to beat us by at least 10. They are a much better team than us at this point.

Confidence is high.

I am very confident we will dickfinger the Vandy game into another level of UK hell. Which will leave the door open for an already Bowl eligible Louisville to crush us at home, in front of a crowd of 20,000 financially invested fans.

Wedding this weekend was unreal. If all of Chad's 5 weddings were this dope, I'd have gladly just gone to the Missouri game too. First night was at the Apiary-wow, unreal. Had no idea we had something so nice in Lex. Saturday the wedding and reception were at the Keene Barn. Somebody was definitely feeling like a princess that day. Good times. YOU'RE NEXT!

Saw Spectre last night. Was good, solid Bond flick. Put it behind Casino Royale and Skyfall for Daniel Craig, but a good show. Makes me sad to think this was his last hurrah as 007.

Looks like our boy Adrian has been enjoying his creepy solo trip to Vegas. Happy for him. There is no doubt in my mind at some point he started rapping on Freemont street. Maybe even got some change. A rap battle between him and Slim Jesus would be epic.

MLS is usually pretty meh, but the playoffs have been something else. The ending to last night's Dallas/Seattle matchup was about as good as it gets in sports. Hard to screw up playoffs, regardless of the sport.

Looks like UK is not the only SEC East team to quit. Looks like Mizzou pretty much quit also.

-Zero interest in MLS soccer. Less than that if we're being honest.

-Been reading Bryson recently. Finished Sunburned Country and 40% through One Summer. Dude is amazing and cynical as all get out. Easily the most enjoyable stuff I've read this year. I have Walk in the Woods, Thunderbolt Kid and At Home on deck.

-Vandy can't score, if they manage to on us we're toast for the year. Highest point total of year is 17. They were just blanked by Houston, who is good, but not 34-0 over SEC team with a "great defense" good. Them catching UF on a hangover from the Cocktail Party has skewed reality. We should absolutely beat this team and anything other than that is basically a season ender. Pressure is on the staff big time here. I'm not saying we will win but nothing has changed that we should win this game. As Florida was the most important game in this staff's tenure for positive reasons, this is equal negative reasons. Lose here and they'll have to go supernatural to keep the wheels on.

Mark Stoops on KSR - good idea or nah? Kinda comes across as a little desperate, but I sort of admire him facing the music. I'm anticipating a lot of coachspeak, though.

vandy sucks. there/their 3-6. get you're head's out of your asses. we win going away. imo.

officially joined the yeti nation. lass got me the soft sided one for my bday. that thing gives me wood. so hot.

there's very little that mark stoops can do this season that will put him on the hot seat with me. why? because im a practical kentucky fan with a general understanding of history. sadly, a 6-6 (3-5) season is probably in the 70th percentile of best in school history. and we basically return everyone important next year. except for jordan swindle.

that arkansas finish was pretty routine.

drew stubbs and dan uggla both married lexington broads. this begs the question = which of those chumps strikes out more often?

There is no reason whatsoever to believe we win going away vs. Vandy. It'll be a tough, ugly game. Hopefully, we win, but I suspect we'll have a QB making his first start plus all the other problems with this team. So expect an ultra-conservative gameplan.

He shouldn't be on the hot seat this season but if the unthinkable were to occur, lose all 3 games, he should absolutely feel some serious pressure.

Win 2 out of 3, get some extry practice, hopefully play well in a bowl with Boom back, save the recruiting class and move on to a brutal schedule next year. That's a successful end to the season and one that's very probably.

Drew married a hot blonde, who is also a DOCTOR. I'd say he knocked it out of the park there.

I am hoping he gets his average up a bit more next year though. Nice guy.

We had good offensive and defensive gameplans against Mizzou, yet we have used nothing resembling them since then. It's the damnedest thing. The way Dawson called plays - emphasizing short drops and quick passes - should've been a blueprint to follow for the rest of the year (it was easily Towles' best game), but we haven't seen it again for some reason.

I think Towles gets the nod. Not saying I agree but like you said, "Ultra-Conservative gameplan." On the plus side, he's not 1-9(td-Int) against teams with a losing record, just teams with a winning record.

Stoops will fall on the sword this morning. Accept full responsibility (again) as an effort to "heal" the team. Will probably say the QB job is open this week. Tout Boom's return. Mention that he told the fans from day 1 their job is to fill the stadium, and that the team needs them to do their part for the final 2 home games.

I applaud him going on the show, but not expecting anything too earth-moving. Coaching and schemes be damned, the bottom line is he needs to get the kids playing hard again. If he can do that we'll win this Saturday by 10. If they continue to flat line, Vandy by 10.

According to Rowland it's not Dawson's fault. Our average starting position is the worst in FBS. lol.

If Towles starts Saturday (which I think he won't - the kid is done, IMO), Stoops is risking the loss of whatever goodwill he has left with the fanbase.

Also, we've got to move on from Towles. I am completely fine with Barker taking over starting the first drive Saturday.

If you think we can beat Vandy and Charlotte with him (Barker), then it's a great time to make the move. However, it's up to Stoops as to when he wants to play the "new QB/future of the program" card.

Right and never being able to flip the field is pretty crucial. Sub 30% from 3rd down. We have to lead the world history in 3 and outs over the last month.

-Hope you all right but I just have a strange feeling about Towles starting.

-Where did you see Boom was playing?

-LOL at PTI's Drew Stubbs hate. Always cracked me up for some reason.

Can anyone think of a positive punt return we had before Saturday? I honestly think it may have been the first one.

Boom should be back according to Stoops post game.

Start Barker and utilize the roots of the Air Raid-- short, quick, high volume passing game. It is time to develop for the future.
