Well, I guess if we are gonna suck, it would be nice of him to do something dumb enough to get terminated "for cause" and save us the buyout money.

My desire to reject a bowl isn't from a university perspective, I know they will go and I'll watch. But everything in my life that was given to me I didn't deserve was never appreciated nor was it anything I'd work harder to improve or keep. However whether it be a D in English class, varsity as a sophomore, a POS 1st car etc etc if I had to work harder to get it I tried my *** off to get it, make it better, and keep it up.

These players nor these coaches deserve the entitlement of an achievement and I have no doubt by it will be considered a success of sorts if it happens which something that pisses me off.

I hate comparing Brooks era with Stoops era, but that Woodson group that missed the bowl game as soph's came back with a chip on their shoulder as JR's and this group has the same amount of talent and damn it they need to reach deep inside and realize it!

I'll see myself out now.

Damn, Maggard even just got out of the boat over on KSR.

At no point in 40 years of fandom have I witnessed a team worsen more so than the 2015 Wildcats. From a 4-1 start to a 5-7 finish, week by week, Kentucky lessened its on-field prowess while facing the friendliest schedule in decades.

Ouch. That guy was the biggest sunshine pumper on the planet back at the beginning of the season.

I think something happened between Stoops and Elliott as Elliott was mysteriously banished to the box midseason.

That Joker stuff was pretty much all true.
Look, I'm not taking up for them or saying is not true BUT I don't think this is a Gillespie/Sark situation. Tons of coaches drink, party, go out. In fact most of them do. ****, drive to Louisville Moly Malones on any Saturday. Almost All of us have been around Rich Brooks hammered.

Most of the time it only becomes an issue when you're losing. Instead of being out with the coaches for a pregame meal... you're out hammered at a local establishment when you should be studying film.

He better show something next year though or there will be some very warm seats in that pretty new football building.

The schedule next year isn't set up for success. That's why this year was so important. We could be better and still only win 4 games. Stoops needed a bowl and failed. Ultimately, it will cost him fan support and eventually his job.

So Jones thinks there will be at least two coaching changes. You'd have to think Schlarman is gone.
He f*cking should be. Towles took the brunt of the worst group on the team. Really nice dude but complete disaster squad. Lost us at least 2 games.

Mainord and those WR drops, routes, attitudes outta get some attention although I don't see him going anywhere.

Maybe but UK fans aren't that demanding. Just because we haven't had much success don't play us like idiots. He goes out next year and the team plays it's heart out against a hard schedule and ends 5-7 with positive momentum for 17, I think most would be fine. But to regress and look completely incompetent and he should be canned. It's happened 2 years in a row.

We know what ****** football looks like.

It's brutal. We trade Auburn for Bama and have four guaranteed road losses (Bama, Louisville, Tenn & Florida). We do have the one advantage of three schools breaking in new coaches, but that never really seems to work out for us. I'm sure they'll all hire guys that we wouldn't have been able to get a cup of coffee with if we had a vacancy.

The old man has legit lost his mind.

"We had the best recruiting class, I think, in college basketball, as far as I'm concerned. If you include Damion Lee and Trey Lewis, plus Deng Adel, Ray Spalding and Donovan Mitchell – Kentucky taught me how to get into the one-and-dones, and I'm doing it now, except I'm waiting for fifth-year guys instead of high school kids."

Also, they're not ranked because of whores.

Had a rather heated discussion with a friend of ours who dates one of the assistants last night. She was all fired up at me for ripping the team on Facebook/Twitter. She's all like how can you act like you're some big fan and his friend but tear into them like that...

Pretty simple. It's their job to turn out a good product for me and the other fans. They get paid a lot of money to entertain us. When the product they turn out is ****, don't be surprised when we *****.

The fans did their job this year. We packed commonwealth, except for Charlotte, but I was still there. Yesterday's game was a kick in the nuts on so many levels. But when you blow a 21 point lead, and all the other stupid, dick fingering, wasted opportunities, and general dumbtouchery, you gotta stare at the coaches for this season. It should have been different. We should have won Florida, auburn, Vandy, and Louisville....

Someone recommend me the best budget/fast Laptop for Cyber Monday?

Things I need: Fast & non-clunky for internet surfing, porn, and streaming.

Things I don't need: Gaming, Awesome screen, or any other computer nerd features.

...bought a cheap HP at Walmart 2 years ago for this purpose, and it's slower already than my last computer from a decade ago.

-The team that replaced UAB on the 2016 schedule(Southern Miss) just won its division in C-USA, and is back to respectability. So just like this year, that home non-conference opener looks like anything but a sure thing. Austin Peay and New Mexico State the only two guaranteed wins, basically.

-Virginia Tech hit a homerun with Justin Fuente. Bringing that guy in to inject juice into the program, while at the same time keeping Bud Foster and Beamer Jr. on staff is about as good as it gets.

-Someone's gonna end up with Houston Nutt.

-Of course you take the bowl bid. I mean, you'll probably lose, and end up as the first 5-8 team in history, but it's still a chance to get the younger kids some reps, get prospects on campus for practices, etc. Basically treat it as an exhibition game for the 2016 season.

-UGA & Smart. I'd be uneasy if I'm UGA fan. Dude, could be a stud but that job has the ability to hire someone that's proven they can be a HC. Figured they'd at least swing for the fences first.

-I love long relaxing vacations but after 3-4 days I get pretty antsy and ready to be back in my normal routine.

-VTech giving Fuentes 3.6m per year. What a silly AD.

-Chromebooks are pretty awesome. Of course I love just about everything google.

-Up 21 points and end up getting blasted. Lol.

-The rare Monday/Thursday game combo. That's not going to help my schedule being all whacked out.

-12 Weeks until March. We can do this. Leggo.

I like the hire, dude won at f*cking Memphis, BUT don't know if keeping guys like that is the best call.Typically you'd want a clean slate and his own guys. Basically what happened in the Kragthorpe hiring and the dude never got the locker room back.

Seems pretty clear that something was wrong in the locker room, so the question now is: How many players will transfer? I can't imagine Stoops not cleaning house in some respect.

Guess we will start getting some scuttlebutt on the fired coaches this morning before they get on the road recruiting. Only time of year to follow football rumor mill and coaching search .com on twitter.

I about lost my **** when Ulis got hurt. The lass thought someone had died by my reaction.

All in all, I thought that was as well as we have played all year. This team is just so fun to watch.

Fuente is a perfect candidate for VaTech. A power conference job, but one that is going to need some retooling, shot in the arm type of work.

Nice methodical win by the Bengals yesterday. The way the schedule sets up, any loss from here on out (minus @ Denver on MNF) would be a bad loss- even Pittsburgh at home. Yesterday was fun to watch. Nice and relaxing. Hopefully Eifert is OK. Going to need him going forward. Anyway, nice to sit back and watch a fine football team do what it was supposed to do. Feel bad for everyone with all of their football eggs in UK's burning dumpster of a basket.

So does Ulis play tonight or nah? Kinda OK with him resting and seeing what the other guys do without him. Get some "no Ulis" experience early in case it's necessary later on down the line.

Got a chance to stand next to the new training facility while I was drinking beers with Adrian Saturday morning. Honestly, I can't help but be intrigued by what that *might* do for the program. It's a pretty damn impressive structure. I know it's going to house a bunch of born losers for 30-40 years, but still.

If you walk by it at night you can hear the howl of the desecrated natives buried there by their now-forgotten clansmen.

Also sometimes there's leftover pizza still sitting out.

Mizzou, Maryland and Virginia are some pretty notable 3rd tier programs. Specifically Maryland.

In talent rich areas. Missouri pretty much has free reign over the state of Missouri recruiting. Throw in Southern Illinois as well.

Virginia has high academic standards, but Virginia, specifically the Tidewater area has a ridiculous amount of talent.

Maryland has Under Armour, and can pick from Virginia, DC, Eastern Pennsylvania, etc.

Pretty sad that we have to share our piss poor state talent with Louisville. Ugh.

-Really enjoyed "Creed". If you like the Rocky movies, you'll really like it. If you don't, you may like it anyway.

-Billy's BBQ closing....wasn't anything special, but was the best Lexington could do for a long time, at least until Blue Door(and Red State, I'm guessing) came long.

-You know you're a hoops recruiting junkie when you recognize Oak Hill's head coach at the mall.

-CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT HIJINKS EVERYONE'S ELF COMES UP WITH THIS YEAR!!!
