South Carolina, 1 of our 2 SEC wins, lost at home to FCS powerhouse The Citadel.

This was our first conference road win in 5 years.

To paraphrase their former coach, "We thought we'd done something good beating South Carolina and then The Citadel beat 'em."

I don't think so. If he has this type of season next year or worse only wins 2-3 games(which is very possible) I don't see them having a choice. Attendance will be Joker level after basketball starts. They lose that opening game to Southern Miss... and watch out.

I agree if it's 3 wins or less. But if we go 5-7 again next year, do you really think that's enough for Mitch to throw down $12 million on a buyout?

Turn off your microwaves and savor the slow cooked, delicious smoky flavor that is UK football working its way through the stall to get to 200 warm degrees of mediocrity.

It's one thing to live in a microwave society and demand microwave results.

It's another thing when your food has been in the oven for 3 years and it's still frozen.

Maybe we need a microwave coach for our microwave society.

Or maybe we should just cancel football since we're using a smoker in a microwave competition.

Cats 2-4 ATS this year...only covered 1 of the 'big spread' games.

-20 tonight without Ulis?

Not only are they terrible at football they're too dumb/can't finish enough classes to have a decent APR.

If your movie poster is just a bunch of random famous to semi-famous actors neatly laid out chances are your movie sucks. That is a general rule I live by.

Also, weird how a team with our same record, in our same conference, in our same division, would turn down our same bowl bid when yesterday there was absolutely, positively no chance in hell, why are we even f'n discussing this, that Kentucky would turn down a bowl.

Not really an apples to apples comparison- that team went on strike this year. They put their entire campus in the national spotlight and helped get a president fired. That University needs the season to end so it doesnt have to deal with 3 more weeks of PR ties to the recent events.

And their coach is stepping down to battle cancer...

Favorite Christmas tune: Baby it's Cold Outside - Bing Crosby and Doris Day.

I also though for YEARS it was a Crosby/Day tune. Sounds just like them both. Big 'ol FALSE. Was corrected on that myself about 2 years ago.

Johnny Mercer and Margaret Whiting???? Go figure.

Probably true, but it's not just tonight. I don't mind having one guy who is chilled out. That can be a good thing, but Murray is definitely that guy. I rewatched the Duke game a week ago and kept track of the three guards as defenders and how often they were scored on or put their guy at the line. Ulis gave up two baskets, and Briscoe one, the entire game. Murray I stopped counting. It wasn't a disaster but he was the guy on the defender almost anytime a guard scored.

Cal needs to get Murray some shots. He's the best scoring guard in the country and we don't him any looks.

Chuck Matthews has about spent all the good will he built with me.

How many times have I watched Poythress try to shoot from under the backboard in my life?

Skal with a ghostly stat line.

The dude has a lot of work to do to even be a good college big, much less a potential top draft pick. A big that can't rebound isn't exactly in high demand.
