UL might be a decent team this year.... But now they won't be so quick to go to the postseason ban strategy when they are scrambling to find a way to do damage control from their ***** scandal. I'd thoroughly enjoy watching UL get a post season ban from the NCAA if they are ranked.

Vitale is a dumbass. No one is clamoring for a return to the Indiana series outside of his senile old *** and a few Indiana fans. They've been so awful for so long I really do not miss the series at all and I think most Kentucky fans, players and university officials feel the exact same way.
Was. It has been **** for years. There has literally been one memorable game in two decades. For me, it's honestly much more fun to not even bother playing them than to beat them by 25 because I know that pisses them off more.
UK/IU was only great when Bobby Knight was around.. Ever since, it was ****.
I think you'd feel a little differently if you lived in western Kentucky, Coolcat. I could understand never experiencing their fans and thus not being a fan of the rivalry. But once you get a taste of their fan base, you quickly develop a bloodlust for destroying them. Living right across the border from them, there's been times in my life that I've wanted to cut an Indiana fan's throat. I can't think of many more satisfying things than totally annihilating them. A blowout loss to us would drive some of their fans to suicide, which would be fantastic.
If I had to guess how many UK/IU games CoolCat has been to, I'd guess Zero.
Same with real IU fan interaction.

I'd be down for he neutral IU/UK game. **** going back to Bloomington.
Watching Mike Davis lose his **** in Freedom Hall is still one of my favorite memories as a UK fan.
