I stand firmly with the staff at Telluride. As an employer, your obligation doesn't start and end with providing someone an income in exchange for a job. No, no. It goes far beyond that. It's your duty to offer a high liveable wage beginning a $30/hour and indexed to outpace inflation, extended breaks throuighout a shift in compliance with OSHA regulations, fully paid health, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits for the employee and all of their dependents, free child care, affordable housing, a robust employee assistance program covering mental health visits, adult dependent care, paid time off, travel reimbursement, vacation, retirement assistance, continuing and higher education stipends, laundry and uniform services, parking, transportation, shift meals, grocery delivery, affordable pharmacy and prescription drug programs, FSA, HSA, HRA, and 401k/tax-advantaged wealth planning tools, a fully inclusive wellness program, gym memberships, on site direct primary care, and a section 125 compliant pre-tax payroll deduction strategy.
WTF kind of racket are you people running up there in Telluride?? What a disgrace.
Swimming with bull sharks or the wait to see if Patrick Sparks' shot was a two or a three which made you more nervous?

Mendoza is the best QB in college football. He is surrounded by a really good defense, great run game and solid WRs and great coaching.
Also I believe most of their best players are there for a second season which has allowed them to be experienced upperclassmen that have gelled as a unit.
I hope they win a championship but it won’t shock me at all if they also fall off a cliff next season when all these players move on.
Yeah, they sucked last year without Mendoza. (11-2, 2nd in B1G, 10th in final AP poll...with an Ohio U transfer who played all season with an ACL)
I'm sure they'll have off years like any other program, but I don't see them falling off a cliff anytime soon in this era, with IU's new comittment to Football -- guy is clearly a genius.
Sounds like they are coming and they are massive sized Dudes.Need Olinemen or it won’t matter about skill positions
A couple they are trying to get are LSU transfers with multiple years of eligibility left.Sounds like they are coming and they are massive sized Dudes.
