You can't put into words what that tailgate is like. The best way to describe it is that it is like a gigantic flea market where each tent is people partying. It was everything I read it was going to be and so much more. The Southern Hospitality was incredible. I wore my Rutgers hat and people stopped me to talk about Rutgers football. (One of the tents even set up one of their 4 TVs to the game so I could pop in.) Strangely enough, they think we are a good program.
Rashan Gary was on my flight. He is the more gigantic human being I have ever seen. Their fans joked (maybe) around that he would be leaving with a fat check.
The in-game atmosphere was NOT as good as ours. The only chat they do is the Hotty Toddy chant, which they do at the start of the 3rd. But there is no TD chant. And I like our 3rd down guitar strum. But who cares, Ole Miss already won the party. Then, they beat LSU and the bar scene was out of control. And the girls.....just wow.
