I imagine he has some good days and some not so good...that`s the way it is with dialysis. I hope he`s having a bunch more good days than bad. I miss his broadcasts and always will. Happy birthday Jack !

always enjoyed jack. he was one of the best
announcers around. always knew he was msu all the way but he was fair in his game calling. he'd give the other team credit when due. some of his one liners were classic. my favorite was the time he talked about the "drive of the day" being the long drive home after a loss. he never seemed to take himself too seriously. a great guy and ambassodor for msu.

I see Jack about once a week at the grocery store. I think he picks up some smokes and a $3.99 plate lunch on most days at Todd's Big Star. I talked to him not long ago while we were both picking out some baking taters. He seemed to be doing fine and is still driving.
