Yes back from the game ..I dont know why I went but..

I saw a post earlier about the 4 and 1 when we were up 7-0 ,and alot of you hit the nail on the head about it being the turning point in the game. Has our coaching staff ever heard of a QB sneak? Why do we hand it to Dixon every time? Everyone in the stadium knew it was coming . How many times does Croom have to get stuffed on this play before he realizes it doesnt work.?

This is one of my huge gripes. The sneak is simple and safe. The hand off to Dixion

- risk fumbling the hand off
- starts 2 yds. behind the line of scrimmage
- predictable

Like the one that Arizona failed against USC on a 4th and 1 inch last week? I thought I was watching MSU West when that play happened. I agree though. Hell, hand it to the fullback. You knew the play today was doomed when Lee handed it off that deep and Dancin Dixon started getting the happy feet as soon as it hit his gut.

....because just this season alone, there have probably been 20 "and-1" situations, and NOT ONCE have we run a QB Sneak.

NOT. ONCE.

can knock another team off the line of scrimmage in a short-yardage situation. It's taking him all season to prove this point. He didn't prove it against LaTech, Auburn,..., and UK, but, dagnabbit, he's gonna keep on trying to prove it
