Hayesville played very aggressive and the Mclure boys are tough. Much improved Hayesville team and very young. Both teams have most players coming back so should be some great games to watch next couple of years. Stats were pretty much even and it came down to a very makeable FG with 11 seconds left in the game which was blocked

Two evenly matched teams. I think the difference was special teams. Andrews had a good KO return to setup their first TD. But after that they had a blocked FG and a PAT, another PAT failed due to a bad snap. Late in the game they had a 10 yd punt, which Hayesville didn't capitalize on. They did do a good job on KO coverage, not allowing HHS to break anything long. The Jackets were 3 for 3 on PATs. They also average over 40 yds a punt (very fortune not to get one of them blocked) and gave up only one big return. Very good game.
