Worked summers for Mills Brothers moving in Avon Lake while teaching.
Summer of 1988!! Mother get the gun. 😳
IIRC, 27 days over 90 and 13 days over 100. Great weight loss program. Drank a lot of water and brought extra t-shirts and made it through the days.

I don't know I think the media and social media these days is over sensationalizing the heat(and pretty much everything else). I went out and cut my grass with a push mower at 5:00 yesterday when temp was 95 and I didn't die.

We here at Hell, Inc. regret to inform you that you are incorrect. Welcome to your eternity, stuck posting about PSU football on an antiquated medium …

It doesn’t surprise me that you have difficulty handling a couple days of elevated temperatures

Finally back in NEW. JERSEY. o_O after a four-hour flight delay. For f*ck’s sake. On the bright side, it’s not hot as balls tonight. It will get warmer over the next few days, but nothing like the early part of this week.

For f*ck’s sake.

Lucky you. My barns are turning horses out today because the barns are going to be too hot for horses with the humidity. They are actually closed down.

I have a client who moved here to NC a couple of years ago from Wind River area in Wyoming. I'm like, wth were you thinking?
I am lucky, although it’s going to be in the low-to-mid 70s here early next week. Mid 70s! That’s a legit heatwave!

I miss Jersey. I know, said by no one ever but it’s how we feel. Happily we’ll be weekending in 2 weeks on Hopat lakeside.

It's so hot:
  • Cows are giving evaporated milk
  • I saw a funeral procession pull through Dairy Queen
  • Chickens are laying hard boiled eggs
  • Granny broke wind just to have a little breeze
I'll be here all week
It’s so hot we had to boil the water to make it cool enough to drink.

Enough of this summer sh|t. Let’s move to fall and the misery of ”college” football (😞). At least it won’t be hot as balls. For f*ck’s sake.

What's wrong with your head? Was it not fully attached? Is that why there is an advisory?

We’re going to check out Maine for a week or two in August to scope out some towns then go up next summer in weekly blocks to get out of the heat. Stupid down here in DE this summer
Also looking forward to seeing Nova Scotia.

Y'all northerners complaining about heat. I live in freakin' Bangladesh, otherwise known as Chapel Hill, NC. Flooding, every day heat indexes over 100 due to persistent high humidity, 4pm rain bursts every day, mosquitos in my f'in house, hot af at 7am. I'm tired of it. Thank god we head to RI, NH and Maine the next couple of weeks.

It's been hot there too. Providence actually hit 100 a couple of weeks ago. It might be cooler near the water.
