Sam Gash played at Penn State and was in the NFL 1992-2003. All Pro in '98 and '99.
His brother Eric Gash actually played for UNC in '91, you don't know him?
Their cousin Thane Gash (East Henderson) was a starting safety for the Cleveland Browns in the late 80's/early 90's, talented family.

Through the grapevine I heard Chappell was supposedly to interview on Friday. @WNC FAN said the job was offered on Thursday. It may not be Brett but I highly doubt they offer the job without interviewing Brett if he wanted an interview.
