I agree, one team that plays no defense like us in Elizabeth City
and another team that plays average defense at best. It may very well be a shootout. I’ll take the dogs by two tds
I agree, I believe this is the game WRH defense play lights out. I been seeing the improvements weekly. I believe they have the right combination of players on the field now. Offensively need to execute the plays. Would like to see more of the jumbo package. Pound the ball right down the field.

Been that way for years lol. As for this game I think Wallace Rose Hill takes it. Hertford can put up points but I don't think they'll stop the rushing attack of the bulldogs.

And no one is disrespecting Tarboro or anyone else. Yes they always have a good team but the last few years the have had no real competition reaching the 1A state championship game. They have been good in 1A, 2A, and maybe even 3A but that goes back years. As for beating 2A schools, they are better than some even at 1A. But for example, let's take last year, they wouldn't have beaten Wrh, ED, or Clinton and possibly not this year either.

I will take my Dogs in this one, they got past Greene Central in a game they slept walked through the 1st qtr, and thats understandable coming off back to back weeks playing our biggest rivals. I think our defense plays well enough that we win by 21 plus. Good luck to both teams.

They would beat most 3a teams too. That's why Northern Nash stopped playing them and the Vikes have a hard time filling out their schedule.

That's true. Teams know that if you beat a 1A team, big deal. But if you lose to a 1A team, your stock goes down. So why bother? I'd love to see them or SWE play Rose. Or see them play Wilson schools.
We still have that problem around here even as a 2A school. It was incredibly difficult as a 1A school. Tarboro is where we were when we were 1A. You dominate 95% of your opponents and it's tough to stay motivated year in and out. So when you do play up against greater competition, it's much more challenging.
I think Hertford County puts up at least 20 points, but WRH takes this one by 21+. I do love the fact that Tarboro football lives in some of your minds rent free lol, as long as they're in that weak "1A", that's what they'll keep succeeding in.
