Well, he’ll hire him.How can anyone really believe Cohen is actually going to hire the next head football coach at Auburn ?
Looks like this maybe a case of too many cooks in the kitchen. How can anyone really believe Cohen is actually going to hire the next head football coach at Auburn ?
John Cohen in this case is the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef will tell him what to do.Looks like this maybe a case of too many cooks in the kitchen.
Yeah they could be the trial and error program for the new era of college football. It could work IF:
- Auburn lowballed his salary, giving him $4-5 million a year, but giving $1.5-2.0 million a year to each coordinator, and high 6-figure salary to the position assistants. Let the coordinators and assistants do much of the scouting, coaching, and recruiting, while Cadillac becomes the face of the program.
I love it. It will be a colossal failure to hire him. Again, nothing more than a cheerleader.but it would be a very Cohen-like hire.
It's going to be some assistant or hc nobody is talking about because he has to be the smart onebut it would be a very Cohen-like hire.
Yes it wouldbut it would be a very Cohen-like hire.
Yes. I have a cousin who played at Auburn in the mid-90's. He's all for Caddy. Says guys he has talked to from his teams are all for him too. They seem not to be worried about experienceEx-players are stumping for Cadillac.
What MSU player with very little coaching experience did Cohen hire at MSU?but it would be a very Cohen-like hire.

I agree w/you but I think Barn's cigar boys are way too involved.Better question….how can anyone believe any SEC AD is actually the one who hires any football coach with any kind of autonomy?
People on here poke fun at Auburn, but no AD makes these calls by themselves at any SEC school….including MSU. The folks that have to pay the buyout if it goes south are always the real shot callers.
