I said going into the Ohio State game that IU had good starters but depth would be an issue once they played real Big 10 Teams. Historically tonce they get beat up the wheels fall off the bus, and it seems true again so far they have lost the first and second string QB's, starting Rb, and Kick returner. I expect us to be able to run the ball well and with Carroo back they will have no answer for him. I can see us winning by a couple of scores.

If Indiana has Diamont or Cameron as their starting QB next weekend, I like our chances. If Sudfeld is back, it's a different story.

They are definitely beatable especially if they are still injured. Someone said last night that he thought it was 50/50. If we play like yesterday I think better than 50/50. We have to keep that level of performance up. Even if Sudfeld is back I still think we have a good chance. I won't predict score but we can definitely win.

I've been saying this year's schedule of B10 teams aren't as good as last year's except Michigan. We can hang around with just about any of them and some are very winnable. Up and down OSU and IMO the best B10 team this year in Michigan are the only 2 I'd say are really uphill.

We're capable, it doesn't mean we couldn't get blown out in one of those winnable games but I don't think it's as bleak as some think if you're paying attention to how others have really been playing this season.

Have a friend in Athletic office- was told Nick can not plant and throw on the ankle. Howard played two seperate time after injuring his ankle against OSU- in a boot, no leteral movement at all-

Sudfeld isn't that mobile a qb even when healthy and if we were able to blitz like last night, I think that would cause them problems. Diamont seems the opposite, he can run but he doesn't look very accurate throwing. I don't know what his status is. I didn't see the 3rd stringer Cameron.

Ah how much a difference a week makes. In the "4-0" thread I flat out predicted a victory when everyone was writing that game off.

I didn't rule out a blowout but I said we'd have a better chance to hang around then you'd normally think facing the #4 team in the country and if you hang around long enough then anything is possible.

I think people are just too insular in general. When it comes to coaching, what other coaches get paid at first, what other teams are doing, how they're performing etc...We're fans of RU so of course there's a laser focus on that and I'm sure it's the same with other fanbases. I don't know that most always have the best grasp of what's going on in college football outside of RU or whomever their favorite teams are.

you guys will beat them with or without Sudfeld.. Sud will never be 100% and he was already slow as dirt. Their OL was really exposed by PSU.. just blitz the hell out of them.. their WR's are nowhere near as good as the guys who graduated last year.

PSU left 2 TD's on the field.. these Hoosier's will mail it in.-sg

This team cannot take anyone for granted and its last road performance was an extreme embarrassment. Just because we had a close one at home with a good atmosphere should not give anyone the idea that we can show up in Indiana and walk away easily with a win. We only took off in the second half last year.

This team needs to be focused and limit the mistakes to what it did last night. The team that showed up against Kansas or TTFP or Wazzu will not beat Indiana.

the team that played Penn State and Kansas did not have Carroo on the field, last year Coleman kept them in the game with 290+ yards rushing- they do not have him and anyone who can replace that offense on their team- especially with their rash of injuries.

We had Carroo last year and it was close at half, and that was with Nova and a much better D and at home.

Our fans are fooling themselves if they think this will be an easy win.

They lost RB Tevin Coleman , maybe the best RB in America last year. Now his replacement is hurt as well. And Sudfield is hurt also. Without Sudfield , and that's a big If, RU can grab a very valued Big Ten road game.

45-23 is not close. You are making it seem like we almost lost to them last year. Subtract some guy named Tevin Coleman and we'd have blown them right out.

No B1G win is easy, but some are easier than others. IU is one of the most winnable games we're gonna get for the rest of the season.

Play like we did against MSU and I'm not worried especially if the injured players haven't returned. Play like we did against PSU and most games will be tough.

besides the Ohio State game, the other results where they won hardly are not exactly all that impressive, close wins over the likes of Wake and Western Kentucky. If RU brings an effort near the MSU game I like their chances whether Sudfield plays or not

Good point. It's a winnable road game in probably the least hostile road situation in the B1G. It's definitely a must win game in terms of us going to a bowl game, but it may be a must win for Indiana too.

Their D isn't very good so I like our chances.

They looked damn good v. OSU with Sudfeld and their starting RB. So, I would wait to see if they are back before making any grandiose predictions.
