that Game at Minnesota is a big one, lose that and you are looking at a long season
Well, we have no idea what any of the teams will even look like
One thing is for sure… the schedule has definitely not done Lebby any favors.
With massive roster turnover and coaching changes, it’s a lot harder to make a guess so definitively. Being certain that we will be 3-9 in December and gloating about it is retarded.
I have an idea what 1 team will look like.
I won’t be as nice as Der was. You don’t know shít about States roster or what other teams will look like going into next year. You’re just praying that State goes 3-9 so you can beat your chest about it. You are literally the worst.
We shouldn’t have massive roster turnover at this point. I mean how long yall gonna blame Leach.

The funniest part of all this is that we have known the schedule for 3 months. We didn’t learn anything tonight to help with predictions.

Of all the stupid things to say - we're way more likely to beat auburn and lose to vandy than the other way around. Shows you just looked at names and have no idea about any of these teams.
Get good linemen out of the portal, defense isn't the literal worst, a few less bonehead decisions, KT is the improvement over Shapen we expect.... and suddenly 9-3 or 10-2 is very very doable. Add in the right teams fall back a step or two (OM, Vandy, Mizzou, Bama, OU all look primed to be worse next year) and we could very well call it an easy schedule 11-1.
There's just too much variability available. Only 2 games are sure wins and unlike this year (Georgia), no game is a sure loss.
Being this pessimistic is a wild take in December. Maybe take that time off that bet you lost afforded you.

Well if you're going to argue against what I said. Argue correctly. I said if everything breaks right for us and others take big steps back. Aka our schedule ends up being easy.
OM played LSU, OU, UGA and UF and we all call that schedule lucky and easy.
But because we play LSU, OU, Bama, and Texsa (note that both Bama had a massive loss to UGA this year and Texas had a loss to UF this year) next year our schedule is horrid.

I'm usually about as realistic and pessimistic as you get but I think with so much turnover in the SEC we have a shot at 6 next year. It's going to be tough. But I think Arnett will help the defense. We just need to hit well on the line portal and I'm really disappointed loadholt is being retained. We need a better o line to be successful and give KT a shot. I just hope he develops in the a better passer in the midrange. That's why I would rather us bring in Matt Wells than Bush but maybe Bush can help.
