It could not have cost that much more to put seat backs on all the seats. Recycled plastic would make great seat backs. Plastic doesn't conduct the cold either. I bet the plastic recycling program would donate seat backs to Rutgers.
How come they didn't put seat backs on all the seats in our stadium?

Because RU wants season ticket holders to pay $50 a seat for that seat back. Every season. Cha.. ching.
