Explain MSU's recent success?
1. MSU has three straight winning seasons.
2. MSU is playing in 2 of 3 January bowls.
3. MSU is opening a new football facility this year and expanding its stadium.
4. MSU hired a PROVEN recruiter this year.
5. MSU has won 3 of 4 Egg Bowls (and 4 of 6).
1. TSUN has not had a winning season in three straight seasons .
2. TSUN lost 16 SEC games in a row.
3. TSUN finished last season 2-10 season - they had nowhere to go but up.
4. TSUN hired a no-named head coach, who magically became a recruiting phenom despite no elite commitments and no Top 20 classes and who cried when an elite player finally committed despite wanting to play somewhere else.
And everybody wants to go to TSUN so they can play with the #1 recruit? Right. Did everyone want to play with Doral Green-Beckham last year? Jadeveon Clowney the year before? Why didn't anyone else sign with them?
Also, considering that MSU is historically worse than OM and lost to OM recently, how do you explain your top 12 recruiting ranking if you buy the rationale that OM can't possibly do well in recruiting due to past performance?
