We were horrible when he was being recruited.

It was either LSU or the Astros. Houston didn't offer him the money he wanted, so he ended up in Red Stick.

Everyone in MS did. He just wanted to go to LSU. I know for a fact USM offered him a 100% scholarship out of HS, which is unheard of.

It has been very interesting to follow

the careers of Hunter Renfroe and Jacoby Jones. Jones was a known commodity and did a ton of camps and showcases. Then you have Hunter who was relatively unknown. We get Hunter and he develops into the much better player in college.
