I saw someone I know today who interacts with the program regularly and he told me that flood is actually not a "nice guy". That he is almost Schiano-like at practice and a real a-hole to visitors.

Only if they want to visit other schools after dropping in.

Well, I know prior to the email news, people reporting from practice gave a completely different description Kenny so I'll stick with their reports.

The guy's deservedly on his way out. No reason to make crap up.

Who cares if he's nice or not? He's a lousy coach and that is all I care about. He has destroyed any sense of pride in the program and killed our identity as having a nasty defense. Not to mention he has absolutely no presence on the sideline during the game.

Agree 100% with this. Nice/mean is about as relevant as his cooking skills at this point.

Interesting to hear the OP. I thought we were only ones that had a negative experience with him. From what we've seen, not a nice guy! Never posted because we gave him the benefit of the doubt. I've now heard a few times that a number of folks had negative experiences with him. hopefully its all moot now.

I heard that if you cross him at practice, he'll leave a burning bag of dog poo on your porch, ring the doorbell, and run.

I heard that if you cross him, he'll set up a meeting, at say, Princeton, and then not show up... or maybe I did not recognize him.
