He's on the ballot in a lot of states. Many states start printing ballots late Aug in order to get them to overseas voters.

Yeah I thought it was funny, he was suing to get on the ballot at first, then suing to get off the ballot later. And in both cases, states were fighting him. That's a microcosm of politics right there.
