I know a guy who plays for UGA and he says Richt is a Christian to the media and a world class *** and hypocrit when it's just the team. I can see Dr. Freeze being the same. At least with Mullen you know what you're getting. He's great with fans but you know he's kind of a dick, and that's ok. He wins and doesn't pretend to be something he's not. Ala Saban and Miles.

excelled at Ole Miss....actually, what was done to him was essentially the same thing that happened to Sherill...he had an uphill battle, maybe even more so, since Ole Miss had pretty much ruled the roost ever since Vaught was there and State pretty much sucked.

I know a couple of people who have known Freeze since he was a little kid, and according to them, he's always been super religious. I'm not saying he's a perfect person or isn't a complete ******* when nobody is around. I genuinely don't know. But if it's all an act, he's been planning it for a long, long time. The other thing that tells me his faith is pretty legit is the awful, awful Christian pop rock that he's been playing at practices. I don't see how anybody but a diehard believer could stomach that.

If he does have a Bible in one hand and a $100 bill in the other, my only real concern is that we don't get caught. The Big Man Upstairs can sort the rest out.

Personally, I don't care if all the players smoke all day long as long as they pass their classes, show up on time, and work as hard as they can. Some of the more successful people I know smoke daily. It's just not that big of a deal in today's society.

1st, I love the fact Saban is playing the stern daddy figure when it comes to marijuana.

Dude probably has 1/2 a ounce of sensimilla stashed in his Hummer even as I type this.

2nd, there is no way MSU suspends a player after testing positive for pot the first time.

If that were the case, we would have only 25 players available for the Jackson State game.

Your coaches, whatever the staff, have told recruits we are drooling backwoods racists for years.

At least your coach actually is an atheist. #championships

that article reflects Freeze's drug policy. It looks like the writer just recycled info from this 2010 article: weed. And here's an ESPN article from 2010: more weed.

Yeah. You got me. I'm one of a relative handful of young snots in the student section from two years ago, not a 40-year-old who has never uttered TSWRA, just as not one person I've ever met would utter such a thing. You know me better than I know myself. #mindreader

Mullen has good coaching instincts. You might say when it's time to call the play, he's got a "hunch."
