With maroon instead of purple, of course. And maroon helmet, though I like their silver.

I guess it reminds me of the Sherrill era Nike unis, except less flash (number shadows, Miss State, etc), so it's more traditional, and they have kept it the same for a while.

And again, They're thaaaaaaat close! IMO, Gator Bowl was the best uni (color-schemewise) that we've shown all year. I really dug the silver facemasks/pants. Hope we keep them.

What can be done to make the silver numbers on the snow bowl / gator bowl jerseys easier to read? We had 25, 30-40 year olds on the 50 yard line club level seats and couldn't tell who was who.

Yea, just don't do it. Period. Silver isn't our bold color. It's an accent color that's more interesting than white. It makes just as much sense as when they put maroon numbers on black jerseys. U can't go bold on bold and u can't go light on white. Not if u want to read it from 15 yrds away. There MUST be a noticeable contrast between colors (hues).

I loved the silver pants with white jerseys! Oregon did it earlier this year....

and it was by far their best of the year IMO too......only thing I would have changed is those god awful matte helmets.....the silver on white should appear "shiny" and the matte doesnt match with that....

i think i just sounded like my wife.....more coffee now...
