The guy was clearly there to agitate. If an officer has to physically push you in order to get you to comply with his demands, and then you push back, that is not complying. I’ll give it to you it may not cross the threshold of resisting, but it’s not that far off. Either way, it’s clear this was not a random targeting.

I have zero issues with carrying guns. But dont go running up into a LEO operation obstructing and threatening with a weapon and then resist when they go to take you into custody and pull out said weapon. So many mistakes by the idiot. Dont try to obstruct, dont carry a weapon if you are going to obstruct, dont resist when they take you into custody, Dont pull out a weapon when resisting. Follow lawful orders and you are ok...
