well, I have to admit, from all the videos I can't tell for sure what happened. I can't see a gun and I don't see the agents beating the crap out of him...trying to subdue him yes, but not beating the crap out of him.
At one point I see the agents backing away. I might surmise that they saw the gun - come one yelled "gun" but I haven't heard that on any of the videos.
I don't know why either the federal government or the Minneapolis police need to spend a second investigating. They should just come to the board, because obviously, some on here know exactly what happened.
No I don’t think everything is A-OK. Civil Rights are the bedrock of our nation, however flawed our past. You have the right to carry and protest. These agents need to be prosecuted and if a jury finds them guilty so be it. I still can’t get on board with Harris. She was so weak. correct but blocking agents and not following lawful orders is illegal. Obstruction and interfering is a felony. Once they tell you that your are detained or under arrest dont resist. You will have your day in court if you think that you are innocent...

If you claim you can clearly see on those videos then you dont have much credibility. Its hard to see anything at all. One video I saw it looks like he pulled the gun out from behind his back and accidently fired a shot that hit the ground and the agents responded by shooting him. But thats not clear either. We need bodycam footage to get a more clear view. If he did pull the weapon then good shoot, if not then bad shoot file charges...
