While a protester did kick an ICE vehicle's taillight during a crowd confrontation in Powderhorn Park, Minneapolis, that individual escaped capture. Reports indicate that Pretti's encounter with ICE agents a week prior to his death occurred when he saw agents chasing a family; he stopped his car and began shouting and blowing a whistle. During that earlier confrontation, Pretti was tackled by five agents and suffered a broken rib but was released at the scene.

No this isn't hard. When I posed the question to AI, it wasn't known that it was him, as AI explained the person escaped capture, so there was no name connected to the event. But I agree it was him and I agree it was wrong, though I do understand his fury because they just murdered a mom of three for moving her car. However, these were two separate events and he was no threat on the day of his murder. The previous event gave them much more ammo to take him out if they wanted to, but surprisingly, they just let him go. Hmm ?
