They both handed our asses to us. It doesn't matter who wins.

Agree......

but I don't see any way in hell TA&M beats Bama (unless Bama is terribly flat after emotional win). How many points did they score on LSU or UF? If they score as many on Bama, I'll be surprised (not counting garbage time at the end).

No, the fact that LaTech and OM gave a&m all they wanted....and we got our asses handed to us by aTm.....says enough. We are not a top 15 team......top 25-30 probably.

I think Alabama will throttle Texas A&M.....

My evidence:

- Alabama will be 'up' for this game. People say they were up last week, I disagree. I think they played flat. Or, at least flat for them. Nick Saban coached teams don't have the emotional fluctuations that many others do, simply because he coaches against that.

- Texas A&M seems to be pretty consistent as well. They've ran all over more than a few teams this year - us, Auburn, Arkansas, La. Tech, SMU, Ole Miss. But they haven't run all over Florida and LSU. Alabama falls into the latter group - bigger, stronger athletes that can bust up their offense.

- Game is at Alabama.

There you go. Hope I'm wrong, but that's my objective analysis. Alabama 35, Texas A&M 14.

I'm done trying to feel better about us based on what others do...

all I want is for us to playing our 17ing *** off for 60 minutes. I realize that's a tough request.

I think Bama wins but I don't see them blowing A&M away. TA&M is only 8 points from being undefeated themselves this year. In their loss to LSU they outplayed LSU and gained 450 yards but gave the game away with 5 turnovers. If the Aggies don't give the ball away I see this one being a tight ball game. Also A&M's defense looked better than I expected though I realize that may be due to our offense just not playing well.

How many points away are they from being a .500 team?

They outplayed LSU for how long? They are a sprinter running a distance race
How well do they play on the road? Have they ever played in an environment like Tuscaloosa?

Bama by 28.

No.

I'm upset because we didn't compete, not because we didn't win. We just looked lost and disinterested in both games. The final score is what it is. How you fight makes all the difference. We laid down against A&M. 17ing laid down. They could win the national title, join the NFL and win the Super Bowl and I still wouldn't feel better.
