Rettig should be the one exploding. I just wish someone on this team would show emotion. A nice video cut to Rettig flipping **** on the sideline would be fun. Or maybe a defensive captain getting in Lavianos face a la Lefeged/Hart or Teel?? I forget the parties that were involved.

I mean how can the players blindly follow this guy. We all know dating back to high school sports when your coach is making a poor decision in game. As a player I would've checked out a long time ago.

Behavior is learned, and when your coach is set in his ways people stop emoting when it is shown to be fruitless over the years. The reason Laviano is playing so poorly is because Flood never let him in a game last year, and Rettig will suffer the same fate. Mindfvckingblowing where we've arrived.

Flood's the type of guy who could watch Rettig go on to win a championship with his next team, go to the NFL, become MVP of the league, win a super bowl... and STILL be convinced that Laviano was his guy. guy needs help

Flood needs to go. I was willing to give him a pass for this year prior to the season but it's obvious he hasn't learned a thing about game day decisions and personnel moves.

Bac - You had to prepared for that. Everyone knew there was no chance for Rettig. Maybe he gets in with 5 minutes left in the game.
