I'm so tired of the simple jabs by Talty in his tweets.....

It's ridiculous that an employee of the Clarion Ledger at the head of recruiting with no affiliation with the Rebs seems to do an excellent job of slanting things their way at every opportunity. Just the last 2 piss me off.

This one is where he says nothing himself but makes sure the point of the tweet is clear

And this one just goes to try and put doubt in Jones and us.

And when he tweeted Jones was the MS MVP all it said was Chris jones is the MS MVP. Everyone else's tweet about the MVP was MSU commitment Chris Jones wins the MVP for Mississippi.

Little **** like that drives me crazy about the guy. Am I the only one that thinks this? Good grief it is so obvious

I'm not typically a conspiracy type person and I may be wrong completely. But just read them and let me know when you read a positive one about anything to do with MSU. Hell, even his last article he just did on Conner. It was a good read til the last sentence when he had to throw in the Kalo quote. Again not really bad but just enough to put us down a notch. Everything he writes is this way. I know. Black helicopters.

You cant look at Talty like you look at Rosebowl or Yancy. Talty isnt catering sunshine to one fan base or the other. He is working for a dying newspaper. He has to create as much drama b/t the two as possible to generate subscriptions from both sides. I promise you, OM folks ***** about him on their boards to. All that said, I take what he says with a grain of salt b/c OM is trying to influence him

Honestly, the Twitter junk is absolutely annoying. I've unsubscribed from the majority of beat writers. I think even Brandon Marcello. I realize it's hard to get a story, but the junk they post is so damn stupid sometimes.

Easier said than done, though. I do not subscribe to Talty. But Bulldog Sports Radio or someone like that keeps re-tweeting his stuff.

Personally, I don't read much of anything into tweets. I know they only have so much room to say something, but I feel like a majority of those guys use it to say something that will draw a lot of attention, whether true or not.

Very close to just closing my account. I use it for my friends that have gotten off of Facebook, and some news reports. But I could really do without. Yes, I realize Twitter will not miss me, nor do I care that anyone know that. It's just gotten stupid.
