I think football will have the better season. Basketball will be fun but interesting. It's basically a completely new roster where we will be relying on freshmen to lead us in scoring and ball handling (assuming Harper starts at the point). That's not usually the best recipe for success.

Football is all returning veterans except a few upper class transfers - most of whom are considered upgrades over what we had.
This is a roster of grown men - most with dozens of games played of D1 football.

There is no need to talk about "usually" when referring to the group we have coming into the basketball program this season. Dylan and Ace are far from the usual. Lathan may also be.

I agree about the football team in 2024.

I hate polls like these. You vote then you root for the other team to lose just to save face.
Stop the nonsense please.

Unless I but 4 figures on the results of this poll, I could care less if I am wrong

Maybe both end up #1... and would be glad to be wrong

I know what you're saying but our class is the kind of class Dule and Kentucky bring in every year and they aren't the same programs they were before the glut of one-and-dones. Will we be better than our team 4 years ago that was basically a defensive rebound away from the Sweet 16? Maybe. But no guarantees.
