Lol. Your tears are fantastic.Nebraska's most hated rival are the teams from the 90s, and anything Osborne touched since.
Oklahoma would be the most respected rival... Texas or Colorado the most hated, if they could be considered rivals.
Not here to flame, I'm just curious. If not, then who is it?
Good thing you didn't live in Colorado during the late eighties through 2010, you might think different of them and their fans.Agree mostly with texass,Colorado was really no different than Iowa is now.

No way!!!That just points out what end of the state you live in West Colorado East Iowa...
Right smack in the Denver metro area, not western Colorado. And no way in hell is Iowa the team or their fans as bad as Colorado or their fans. That just points out what end of the state you live in West Colorado East Iowa...
Hey.. back in 1946 they were! Remember?Right smack in the Denver metro area, not western Colorado. And no way in hell is Iowa the team or their fans as bad as Colorado or their fans.

Personally speaking, yes. But it's a good rival imo.Not here to flame, I'm just curious. If not, then who is it?
Colorado players who played in those years still talk about how much they hate Nebraska, they had very little, if any, respect. Guess that comes from winning very few times from 1960-2010. That and a few coaches for Colorado that fanned the flames.Missed the part about you living in Denver, no Iowa fans are not as bad as the ones I ran into in Boulder several times but teams are a different story.

Oklahoma ended when the Big XII formed. No one can convince me otherwise. Iowa is getting there. Still hate Colorado. Really hate Mizzou. Do Hawkeyes feel the rivalry forming with us?
Was there as well, didn't expect Nebraska to lose that day. 1987 was even worse with their fans, thankfully Keith Jones ran all over them. Was there for the 1986 Downing of the goal post after the 20-10 loss my father and I were called fu__ing hicks and a few other pleasantries...
McCartney was the one that made Nebraska the hated rivalry game and it was noted in the 30/30 about their national title they won the year of the 5th down.
I don't know that we hate anyone in the Big 10. We had bad blood with Colorado, KState and Missouri. We wanted those wins bad.Not here to flame, I'm just curious. If not, then who is it?
Living on the western side of the state of Iowa, and now in South Dakota I feel it is a rivalry because of the amount of fans for both teams in the areaOklahoma ended when the Big XII formed. No one can convince me otherwise. Iowa is getting there. Still hate Colorado. Really hate Mizzou. Do Hawkeyes feel the rivalry forming with us?
Have you been to the Iowa board after an Iowa loss? Plenty of Husker fans there to rub it in.Not sure about most hated, but it is abundantly clear that Iowa fans are the most desperate for attention from Nebraska fans - based on the amount of their fans over here looking for approval.
A loss or win over Iowa is no greater than a loss or win over Minnesota or Illinois. No flame, I'm just not as emotionally involved with playing Iowa as former rivals.

It's definitely a rivalry with most of my Facebook friends. A lot of trash talk. As has been said numerous times, once the division is on the line, it will be a rivalry.
Yeah, because 3 wins out of 6 is clearly the definition of domination.
Amusingly enough, to an Iowa fan it is.
Show some class... yeah some of the Iowa posters have been bad, but I'm quite surprised at the number who have been respectful... and the OP is just asking an honest question... no need for this imo.Never been to an Iowa board - period. Never posted on any another team's board - period. In general, if you are posting on another team's board, you are either an epic loser or desperate for attention.
Everyone can beat their chests about Oklahoma in the past - but do you realize that ship and Husker program sailed long ago? Imagine what we would think of the Oklahoma rivalry if it would have stayed in tact in the 90's? We would have won a few more and they would have owned us through the 2000's, just like every other decent program has. Sooners moved on and we should too. We are not a rival to anyone right now because we pose no threat. Not here to flame, I'm just curious. If not, then who is it?

Seriously? Since joining the conference it is 3-3... don't be thick.Oh, ok. I didn't realize that. Someone told me Iowa had won 3 of the last 4. They must have been lying.
It's a rivalry insomuch that I dislike the Iowa football program solely because of their respective fan's behavior on this board.Oh, ok. I didn't realize that. Someone told me Iowa had won 3 of the last 4. They must have been lying.
We don't have any history in the BIG and thus really have no rivals
Likewise no one considers us their rival due to the above and furthermore it is hard to consider a middling BIG team a rival. Nebraska is just another average to slightly above average conference opponents on the schedule.
