go after this guy. I'm thinking our best bet right now is to start looking at transfers as well. We're sure as hell going to need someone with some experience next year if we whiff this year.

He'd be perfect. He'd be a Sr. when Dak is a Jr. However, he won't come to MSU to sit out and then possibly ride the bench to finish out his career.

Jacoby Brissett could come in and use his redshirt year, but then will come out the same year as Dak.

While these might not work out, I don't know why we don't go more heavily after transfers. We usually pick up some pretty good talent. Michael Brown comes to mind. Brandon Maye wasn't just the best, but he helped fill a hole. Jevan Snead, Russell Wilson, etc. etc. etc. A good way to neutralize some talent for us, especially at QB. Just doesn't seem like Mullen wants to do it.
