Hope he has someone helping him manage his money. That's always a tough thing- growing up very poor to making several hundreds of thousands of dollars (close to $1M) per year. Too many people willing to sell him expensive toys.Well said. Love IP, but this has to be the ugliest vehicle ever created by humankind.
Also really bad, but lets ask Motor Trend to redo their survey with the Cyber Truck in it.The Pontiac Aztec says hello. Voted the ugliest car ever made by Motor Trend:

127K + tax was the sticker price when I visited the dealer last week. Marked up by 20K because the vehicle is hot.I wonder how much IP paid for Cyber Truck.
That seems to be a nice little commercial showing him getting it
Love cars and recently enthralled with the cyber truck. How is this even remotely interesting? Season can't start soon enough for some of you.
get what ? a girlfriend ? A Lego Fieldhouse ?At first I thought it was ugly. But its style has grown on me. Might get one someday
The design is polarizingSaw one stopped at a light while driving home from work at a local dealership. They look like something from a cheap B Sci Fi movie.
I saw the all black one. It definitely stuck out like a sore thumb. The design is polarizing
Fresh vomit is hot too, but I wouldn’t pay $120K for it (or $0 even). Each to their own, but the CT is one ugly vehicle, inside and out.127K + tax was the sticker price when I visited the dealer last week. Marked up by 20K because the vehicle is hot.
No, because I thinkFresh vomit is hot too, but I wouldn’t pay $120K for it (or $0 even). Each to their own, but the CT is one ugly vehicle, inside and out.
Wouldn’t you feel embarrassed to be seen in it? It looks like a shoehorn on wheels.
“Looks cool?”No, because I think
It looks cool, and for now, many others agree, as they are paying $20K over sticker. But prices should come down in the next year as supply increases.
pretty sure any color you see other then bare metal is a vinyl wrapI saw the all black one. It definitely stuck out like a sore thumb.
There was apparently an issue with the stainless steel body developing rust spot or attracting particles that rusted. The wrap may address that issue.pretty sure any color you see other then bare metal is a vinyl wrap

That’s your opinion. It’s isn’t fact.“Looks cool?”
I thought Nike Pumps looked cool in 1991, but my parents were smart enough not to pay for that hot garbage.

For a few hundred bucks and some sheet metal, a welding student at Middlesex County Continuing Education Center can fab up a bodykit for you. Make it look just like a cyberwhatever. You can get a nice Honda accord for 100k less
Prices will be down soon. I see a bunch of these at the Tesla storage parking lot in Bergen on the way to work. People ain't buying......at these prices. Also q2 volume inflation at the end of the month. No, because I think

All I hear about are people flipping it for big profit. One guy has multiple reservations. Smart move.Prices will be down soon. The target market isn’t sensitive to price because they have money to burn, and make impulse purchases.Prices will be down soon. I tend to agree but with the wait list why are they sitting in that parking lot and it's been like that for weeks. Forget about the Ys and 3s.The target market isn’t sensitive to price because they have money to burn, and make impulse purchases.
True but it’s a small market. When supply overwhelms the demand, it’s a free fall. Also, you lose the flippers and demand goes way down. The target market isn’t sensitive to price because they have money to burn, and make impulse purchases.
My problem with the CT is that I think people mostly get it to stand out on the road but, while it’s true the CT stands out, the apparent overwhelming opinion about it is that it stands out in a really bad way, as this thread indicates. No, because I think

I suspect the prices of CTs will drop quickly, like most other Tesla models have done. Which devalues the used car market for them. And I think the market of people who want a CT will dry up very quickly. And it seems very likely repair costs will be quite high. The target market isn’t sensitive to price because they have money to burn, and make impulse purchases.
