Ridiculous. This should be yet another 90/10 issue. Artificial dyes are bad for you, horrible for kids and they infest our food supply. We try to be dye free but it’s hard with kids, school, parties, etc. They just shouldn’t exist in our food supply.

I’ve definitely come around on heavier regulation with food. This is one area where the EU does much better than us. I was on the other side when NYC tried to ban extra large sodas. But it’s clear that the hordes of fats that overrun our healthcare system need to be saved from themselves, and us from them.

By the look of this judge, she shouldn’t be making any rulings that have to do with diet or health…

I think this is a larger than 90/10 issue. Like 98/2 issue. And 99% of the 2 are processed food execs.

I think she's Michael Strahan's mom. The gap just keeps getting wider.

Exactly … Judge’s bank accounts need to be investigated … her being corrupt and being paid off is the only thing that makes sense.

Looked it up, it wasn’t actually set to go into effect until 2028, and all this is is a temporary pause anyway while the case moves forward. Seems some of the claim is that the ban is vague or something and that the government hasn’t proved they are unsafe.
