Weather is good. From North MS it does seem that it's pretty much best to take 75 south from Atlanta. Left Walmart fuel station in Fulton this morning at 9:50, stopped for dreamland in Birmingham, waited 30-45 mins east of Birmingham on 20 for them to scrape some unlucky bastard off the pavement in a wreck, and pulled in hotel at 8:30 central. Not bad that way.

Oh yea and Vino's pizza is recommended for a snack on San Marco.

Arrived about 8:30 myself

We were the first ones in the RV parking lot. Lit the grill and opened a Dos Equis. It's cooler than it was two years ago and the wind is blowing about 20 mph and that makes it fell much cooler. It's downright cold this morning but supposed to warm up nicely. I have an extra car parking pass if anybody needs one, we are probably 500 yds from the stadium.

That's not bad time at all. I thought 75 was way out of the way until we went through Dothan and down that way. With all the traffic lights between Montgomery and I-10, save yourself the trouble and go through Atlanta, if you can.

Also, I-10 anywhere between Pensacola and Jacksonville is hell... worst drive this side of Texas.

One of the things I like about 75 is that it is about 80% six lanes traffic.

On I-75 now, north of Valdosta. Pretty heavy traffic all the way down from Atlanta, but it's moving very well. Will never ever go to Jacksonville through Montgomery again (did last time).

Anyone in Valdosta at this moment isn't moving. Guess it can happen anywhere but I'd pay good money to have gone thru Montgomery / I-10 instead
