There is the broad statement that the transfer must be academically motivated for the waiver to be granted. Who knows if they're actually digging into that. Who knows how in the hell they could prove it. Who knows if they are just posturing because they see it being abused and they can't do a thing about it.Johnson85 said:Isn't the rule clear cut?
