I went to the Piedmont v Anson game last night. Didn't realize they played on Wednesday this week, so I decided to go see it. Ummm that Piedmont QB (Lee) is the real deal. Big kid, great arm, great pocket presence. Really not sure why he isn't the starter on Varsity?? probably threw for 250+ yards, 1 passing td and 1 rushing td. Piedmont defense was extremely bad. Anson got some lucky things go there way on muffed kick off and there punter ran one back on a bad snap lol.
I was at that Forest Hills game. Great QB coming up for FH also......Noah Furr. All the county school games were moved up one day this week due the Jewish Holiday on Friday.
Furr is very solid. It's going to be interesting what Jamie does next year with Oxendine and Furr.
What is the JV record on the year? Who do we see moving up to Varsity for the playoffs?

Kid looks the part, way bigger then there starter now and bigger arm. Stays in the pocket and sees the field well. Wonder where he would go?? Maybe FH? lol
4-2 overall, loses to eastern alamance and page. 3-0 in conference. Quarterback and some running backs have seen action in some of the blowouts.
Same. Never seen or heard of him until this year. If anyone has any tape on him, I’d love to see it.
Offensive backfield standouts Qb Braxton Johnson, Running backs Derek Lyons, Kesean Henry & Josiah Samalou have seen varsity action in mop up duty. Devonte Campbell was injured in the Eastern Alamance game as well.
