Why were games canceled. I just left Wilkes county and didn’t look like it stormed.

2 early turnovers led to a quick 24-0 Cardinal lead in 1st quarter. The Rams had the turnover bug that halted 2 possible scoring opportunities.
24-0 is a big deficit. Also on a sidenote EW starting Qb did not play. He has been sidelined for the season a few weeks with a season ending injury

Our starting QB was injured in Forbush game and hasn’t returned. He was a very good player on both sides of the ball.
You guys were still probably expecting a Starmount win though…… i wasn’t at the game… but i noticed the jv board and scoring post were eerily quiet..lol i finally asked near 9 pm if anyone was indeed playing in the area…seemed like two pretty good teams really went at it..i need EW Varsity to follow it up…
