Hard to show highlights when you are losing games by 40. As gas as being a Flood lovefest, well the shows purpose is to be a recruiting tool. They aren't going to go out and badmouth the head coach.
Heck, I'd be interested to see archive footage of the Rutgers football show from near the end of Shea's tenure.
I think another interesting thing to consider is that in previous seasons, KF said the spiel at the very beginning of the show. Now Bruce Beck does it.

Mike, plenty of times in the past, the highlights would make you think Rutgers won by 40, not lost. Somethings in the air, and I'm starting to think, they are setting us up for another year of trying to go 1-0.
I turn it off faster than Jackie Robinson stealing home.

Besides the games, I've stopped watching or listening to anything that involves Fludd, he aggravates me that much.
The show has been, pretty much, a Fludd propaganda machine for a long time...it's one of the things that helped establish his nice guy persona. If you knew nothing about him and watched that show you just might believe he was a great guy and just as great as a coach. We now know that neither is really true.

Similar with the Kyle Flood show at Quaker State and Lube. Special guest caller this week Devon McCourty to eat up a lot of time and previous weeks kids teams to avoid taking real questions from RU loyal fans. This week only 2 softball questions made it on air. Every attempt to insulate him from the public seems to be happening.
It really seems like Stockholm syndrome or something. Not sure how one gets that way.
True. Flood has killed interest to a degree I couldn't have imagined, and it has little to do with results. Coming off the GS best class and B10 invite historic years, YOU REALLY REALLY GOTTA TRY to kill interest to get it where it is now.
The ****** is succeeding. If he's retained we will be set back years.
